Appointment method
Method 1: Guizhou Disease Control WeChat official account "Health Assistant" menu, click "Vaccine Appointment" after entering the menu to enter the appointment page to make an appointment.
Method 2: Search for the mini program "Guizhou Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention" through the WeChat public account mini program, enter the appointment page, and make an appointment.
Appointment objects must choose the appropriate time to make an appointment according to the needs during the opening time of the reservation system. After all the current vaccine resources are made, the system will stop the current appointment by itself.

(1) The vaccination targets must comply with the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in Guizhou Province.
(2) You need to bring your ID card and your mobile phone when making an appointment to go on time.
(3) You can pay on site through payment methods such as WeChat, Alipay , cash and provincial medical insurance (personal account), municipal medical insurance (will be opened one after another in the near future).
(4) Before vaccination, the system must be face recognition for identity verification. Only after confirming that the appointment is the person who made the appointment can you be vaccinated.
(5) The reservation quota is only for personal use and will not be transferred. The types of vaccines (4-valent HPV and 9-valent HPV) will not be replaced.
(6) Make an appointment on behalf of others or pretending to use other people’s identity information (and the personal identity information is entered incorrectly), it will be deemed invalid and will not be vaccinated.
(7) The validity period for vaccination is within the working hours of the day of the appointment (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Those who fail to go to the vaccination within the deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up, and the vaccine resources after giving up will be included in the total amount of next appointment.
(8) Vaccination location: Clinic on the first floor of the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (No. 73, Bageyan Road, Yunyan District, Guiyang City).

The second dose (2 months after the first dose) and the third dose (6 months after the first dose) Within one week after the corresponding time has been completed, you can go to the outpatient department of our center for vaccination. There is no need to make a system appointment again (without notice). The system will record the subsequent doses for vaccination based on the first dose.

Appointment Schedule
(1) The third phase reservation is scheduled to be open at 20:00 on October 18 (Tuesday). A total of 4-price HPV:1,000 servings, and 9-price HPV:1,000 servings (all the first doses).
(2) We will continue to make monthly reservations in the later stage and issue an appointment announcement at least 3 days in advance.

Warm reminder
(1) I have been vaccinated with other types of vaccines such as new coronavirus vaccine , and it is necessary to have at least 14 days apart to get the HPV vaccine. Please pay attention to the time interval when making an appointment.
(2) After two consecutive times or three cumulative appointments within half a year, they did not go to the site for vaccination on time, and the system will automatically not accept the appointment of the woman within 12 months.
(3) Please continue to pay attention to the announcement if you have not made a reservation in the current period, wait patiently, do not blindly rush to make calls or go to the scene, and do not accept any form of telephone appointments or on-site appointments.
(4)Guizhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention reserves the right to interpret the work plan and procedures for online appointment vaccination.
