1. All personnel in Yilong County completed the nucleic acid test for all employees in in accordance with the requirements of "for inspection, all those who should be tested" and "no household and one person missed". Citizens are requested to pay close attention to the nucleic acid testing time issued by the county emergency command center, and follow the notices of the township (street) and village (community) where they are located, participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner and take personal protection in a time-to-day manner, conscientiously implement the requirements of "one-meter line" and wearing masks, and return to your residence immediately after the test is completed. Nucleic acid testing for people with medium and high-risk areas and home quarantine will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
2. All non-essential movement of personnel in Yilong County is suspended. urban communities are subject to closed management, and all residents are staying at home and are not allowed to enter unless they are residents in this community. Rural areas strictly control the entry and exit of personnel, and outsiders must report to the village (neighborhood) committee. There is no crowding, no gathering, or no staying in the community. Each household can arrange for one person to go out once a nucleic acid negative certificate within 24 hours a day to buy daily necessities nearby, and the purchase time will not exceed 2 hours; residents should take personal protection when going out, and strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement, code display, and wearing masks. Residents with medical treatment and other special needs can enter and exit the village or community with the consent of the village (community) where they live. Citizens who undertake basic city operation guarantee, medical insurance and epidemic prevention tasks will enter and exit the community with their work permit or unit certificate and a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours. 3. In addition to staff responsible for epidemic prevention tasks, the county emergency command center will coordinate and arrange necessary forces to townships (streets) to participate in the epidemic prevention and control and management services of villages (communities), and the rest of the staff work from home. All primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and childcare institutions will stop offline teaching, all off-campus training institutions will be suspended, and boarding schools will be strictly closed for management.
4. Except for the personnel of public service enterprises that guarantee citizens' lives and basic operation of the city, such as water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, sanitation, grain, oil, meat and vegetables, as well as industrial enterprises that meet the conditions for closed-loop production and undertake important production tasks, the remaining personnel of enterprises work from home. Except for supermarkets (including farmers' markets), pharmacies, medical institutions, fresh food express delivery, e-commerce delivery, and catering enterprises that guarantee citizens' basic living needs (divided in and only provide express delivery and takeout services) that guarantee citizens' basic living needs, other business places and stores will be suspended. Stores with small spaces must not enter the store. Group banquets such as rural dam banquets are suspended.
5. Comprehensively open up key material transportation channels involving medical care, people's livelihood, energy, agricultural supplies and other key materials. Vehicles that must enter Yilong County will be inspected, sampled, and registered as required. 6. 7. 8. All townships (streets) must implement local responsibilities, industry authorities must implement their supervisory responsibilities, all units must implement their main responsibilities, and individuals and families must consciously fulfill their epidemic prevention and control obligations. All townships (streets) should immediately form a mobile patrol team and conduct 24-hour patrols and inspections on the implementation of management measures in the jurisdiction, so as to ensure full coverage of streets, communities, buildings, units and various types of shops.
9. It is strictly forbidden to move privately, use cars, travel privately during the social epidemic prevention and control management period. Anyone who fails to cooperate or support the epidemic prevention and control work, hinders the official duties of epidemic prevention and control, refuses to undergo inspection and quarantine, centralized isolation or treatment, conceals the itinerary and close contact history of the epidemic area, refuses to report to the village (community), and seriously holds legal responsibility in accordance with the law. If residents in the jurisdiction experience symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., they will immediately report to their village (community) and go to the nearby fever clinic in time on the premise of taking personal protection.
