At present, there have been many confirmed cases of imported COVID-19 from multiple sources in our city, causing local renewal cases. After gene sequencing analysis, it was found that it was a new mutant strain, and the strain was extremely contagious and spread very fast. In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia , fully implement the overall strategy of "preventing imports from outside and preventing rebound from inside", effectively eliminate risks and hidden dangers, block the spread of the epidemic as soon as possible, and effectively protect the lives and health of the general public, the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Command has decided that from 0:00 on October 8, 2022 to 24:00 on the 10th of October 8, 2022, temporary strengthening epidemic prevention and control measures will be implemented in some areas of the city. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Temporarily strengthen the scope of the management area.
(I) Wujiang District: enclosed area along the Shili Pavilion Bridge, Wuli Pavilion Bridge, Xihe Bridge, Wujiang Bridge, Beijiang Bridge, Baiwang Bridge, Shaozhou Bridge, Tonggu Avenue (the entrance to Zhongjun Yongjingwan), and Gantang Industrial Park intersection.
(II) 晨 District : east to the traffic light of Lianhua Avenue in Donglian Village Aquatic Products Wholesale Market; south to the junction of the south of Zhenjiang Avenue and Qujiang (top of the slope); west to the boundary of Beijiang and Wujiang River (including Longzhou Island ); northwest to Huanggang traffic light (Yantuo Warehouse of the Municipal Salt Industry Company); north to the intersection of Danxiashan South Gate Road; north to the G323 line Xinjinhui Bus Main Station. 2. Reduce the flow of people. Citizens in the area are requested to strictly abide by epidemic prevention management regulations and strengthen management in all streets, communities (villages), and communities. Except for nucleic acid testing , medical rescue, emergency rescue, urban supply guarantee, garbage disposal, administrative law enforcement and other staff, citizens in the area do not go out, gather, drive, do not enter public places (public areas), or other communities (villages) and communities unless necessary. 3. Ensure the supply of citizens’ home life. There are 66 farmers' markets and supermarkets in the area that are open normally, providing sufficient supplies. Each household purchases daily necessities with entry and exit cards and 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificates once a day. All relevant streets and communities (villages) in Wujiang District and Zhenjiang District have established special service guarantee teams, and the 12345 government service hotline has set up special seats to respond to citizens' demands in a timely manner. At the same time, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, and Municipal Supply and Marketing Cooperative specifically ensure the supply of materials. Residents can place orders through online takeaway platforms to order food, and their communities will deliver them in a timely manner. Relevant departments such as market supervision, commerce, development and reform and supply-guarantee enterprises will ensure sufficient supply of daily necessities and stable prices.
4. Strictly implement personal responsibilities. Citizens in the area should take personal protection and conduct nucleic acid testing nearby within the grid at the prescribed time. They should wear masks correctly before leaving the house for nucleic acid testing. When queuing, strictly implement the "one-meter line" requirement. After the nucleic acid test, they should return to home as soon as possible, and do not gather or move. If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhea, etc., you should report truthfully to the residential (village) committee or community service staff in a timely and actively cooperate with the community to implement various prevention and control measures. Anyone who finds that they disobey management, disobey dissuasion, participate in group gathering activities, or gather to cause trouble will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law; if the problems are serious, legal responsibility will be pursued.
5. Strictly manage key units. Except for staff who undertake epidemic prevention tasks, party and government organs and public institutions at all levels in the region, all other personnel are converted to community volunteers on the spot, reporting to the community where they live, and fully moving to the front line to participate in community epidemic prevention work and community services. Key enterprises strictly implement the main responsibilities of prevention and control, and maintain normal production and implement closed management while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control. Except for key enterprises and public service enterprises such as water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, sanitation, grain, oil, meat and vegetable supply that ensures citizens' lives and the basic operation of the city, all enterprises are all allowed to work from home.Except for farmers' markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, catering enterprises (only providing express delivery and takeaway services), other necessary places for daily necessities will be open normally under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, other public places and stores will be suspended.
6. Implement temporary traffic control. Buses, taxis, and online car-hailing services in the area will be suspended to ensure the passage of vehicle certificates related to the basic operation of the city and epidemic prevention and control (issued by the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Command and the Commerce Department).
7. Strengthen joint law enforcement. Public security, urban management and community forces jointly carry out patrols. Those who refuse to implement epidemic prevention requirements, forcibly breaking the epidemic, violently resisting the law, spreading rumors and other illegal acts will be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law, such as " Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China " and " Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China " and other laws and regulations.
8. Strict management of Li Shao. If you need to leave the temporary strengthening management area for special reasons, you must hold a 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificate; if you leave Shaoguan and go to other cities or provinces, you must hold a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate.
