Previously, Nie Furu served as a member of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, assistant minister and secretary of the Party Committee of the General Office. Last month, Nie Furu was transferred to the Ministry of National Security and served as director of the Political Department.

Huang Ruixue was born in February 1972, from Xinyu, Jiangxi Province. He worked in the Ministry of Public Security’s Domestic Security Bureau in his early years. In September 2013, he was transferred to serve as member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department.
In July 2017, Qinghai Daily published an article "A Summary of the Work of Counter-to-Only Aid to Qinghai by Public Security Organs". The article stated that the Ministry of Public Security has successively selected outstanding cadres such as Song Wei, Sun Jinfeng, Huang Ruixue, Li Guoru and Liu Hu to work in Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department and Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture at an altitude of 4,500 meters.
After finishing his post in Qinghai, Huang Ruixue returned to the Ministry of Public Security. In September 2015, the People's Public Security University of China held the opening ceremony of the 2015 freshmen. Nie Furu was born in September 1966, from Xinkan, Jiangxi. He worked in the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in his early years and served as deputy director of the Sixth Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. After the "full coverage" reform was dispatched by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection at the end of 2013, Nie Furu served as deputy head of the Discipline Inspection Group in the Ministry of Public Security, deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Ministry of Public Security, and director of the Supervision Bureau.
