Hello everyone! Recently, the domestic epidemic has shown the characteristics of multiple points, wide range, frequent occurrence, and superimposed epidemics of mutant delta and Omickron. Clustered epidemics have occurred in many places around our region. The pressure to prevent imported cases from outside is still very arduous, and the epidemic situation is still severe and complex. Effectively building a solid safety barrier for campus epidemic prevention and control and ensuring the physical and mental health of students is the common wish of every teacher, parent and student. Here, we call on all students and parents to do the following:
1. Bottom line awareness is indispensable, and scientific prevention and control must be done well. The current epidemic situation is severe and complicated. Parents should not be careless. They should always keep the epidemic prevention and control strings tight, strictly implement the local and school epidemic prevention and control regulations, learn and use prevention and control knowledge well, and actively cooperate with the school to do a good job in prevention and control. If you are a close contact or a second close contact, please report to the school in a timely manner, and do not conceal or lie. At the same time, please pay close attention to the epidemic-related information and epidemic prevention policies released by authoritative departments, do not believe in rumors or spread rumors, and respond to the epidemic situation rationally.
2. Health daily reports are indispensable, and daily monitoring must be done well. We must conduct daily health monitoring for individuals and family members. Students implement the morning and afternoon inspection system at home. If you experience symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, do not go to school. Please take protection as soon as possible according to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and seek medical treatment in a professional medical outpatient clinic. At the same time, report the child’s itinerary and health status in a timely manner in accordance with school regulations.
3. Reduce gatherings when going out, and wear masks when going out. Please "do not go out unless necessary" with your family. If you go to an area outside Tongliao City, you must report to the community or school after returning and take the initiative to conduct nucleic acid testing; if you do not go to medium and high-risk areas, if you must go, do not contact students after returning; if you do not go to places where crowds gather, do not contact people from risky areas, and do not participate in gathering activities.
4. A healthy life must be left out, and psychological counseling must be done well. Please maintain healthy living habits with your family and develop good and healthy hygienic habits and lifestyles such as washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, making public chopsticks, and "one-meter line". In line with the relevant requirements of the "double reduction" work in our district, while reducing the burden on children, take care of children more activities that are beneficial to physical and mental health. Do a good job in psychological counseling for children, reduce anxiety, guide them to love life, advocate science, and continuously enhance their psychological "immunity".
5. Vaccination must not be missed, and scientific prevention and implementation are implemented well. If individuals and their families are not vaccinated, or those who have not completed the full vaccination, or those who need to receive enhanced vaccination for six months, it is recommended that you go to the new crown vaccination site in your jurisdiction for vaccination as soon as possible (the third dose of the new crown vaccine can be voluntarily chosen to enhance vaccination or sequential vaccination) to jointly build an immune barrier to fight the new crown virus.
