Notice on adjusting health management measures for people entering (return)

At present, the epidemic situation in China and the province is still severe. In order to implement the overall strategy of "preventing imports from outside and preventing rebound from inside" and respond to the new situation of the development of the epidemic, according to the expert's research and judgment opinions, the prevention and control measures for people entering (return) japanese are appropriately adjusted. The latest prevention and control measures are now announced as follows:

1. All people entering (return) japanese must report to the destination village (community) or report to their units by telephone or other means 24 hours in advance. Pay close attention to your itinerary within 7 days before entering (returning) to jade. If you receive a reminder call and text message from relevant departments of epidemic prevention and control, or your health code becomes a "red code" and "yellow code", please immediately report and report to your village (community) and unit, hotel or local command center, and cooperate with various epidemic prevention and control measures. Personnel who are already in medium and high-risk areas in China should actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control requirements and postpone entry (return) jade.

2. Control requirements for entry (return) jade in key epidemic-related areas

(I) Xishuangbanna enter (return) jade personnel: From now on, the "3-day 2-check" health management measures will be implemented for entry (return) jade personnel who have a history of traveling in Xishuangbanna from September 22 to 28. For those who have had a history of traveling to Xishuangbanna since September 29, "3+4" health management measures will be implemented (3-day centralized medical observation + 4-day home health monitoring). If the conditions for home health monitoring are not met, 7-day centralized medical observation will be implemented. From now on, 7-day centralized isolation and health management measures will be implemented for people entering (returning) jade who have a history of travel in Inner Mongolia within 7 days; according to the principle of filling and filling, the management period will be calculated from the date of leaving Inner Mongolia.

(III) For those who have traveled to Tibet, Xinjiang and Guizhou within 7 days, 7-day centralized isolation and health management measures will be implemented.

(IV) For those who have a history of travel in Sichuan within 7 days, the "3+4" health management measures will be implemented (3-day centralized medical observation + 4-day home health monitoring). Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be implemented.

3. For high and medium-risk areas outside the province and within the province, red and yellow code personnel, they will be controlled in accordance with the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)". People with high-risk areas and red codes will be subject to 7-day centralized medical observation; people with medium-risk areas and yellow codes will be subject to 7-day home isolation medical observation. If the conditions for home isolation are not met, centralized medical observation will be subject to 7-day home isolation medical observation. Other low-risk areas implement "3-day 2 inspections".

4. Except for the above areas, within 7 days, people who enter (return) jade from border counties (cities) outside the province and in the province except Xishuangbanna will implement the "3-day 2-check" health management measures after entering the jade.
