3. Precautions
1. According to the requirements of the "Notice of the Xining City New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command Command" (No. 112), we will strictly implement the main responsibility for epidemic prevention and control. We will ask the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, District Civil Affairs Bureau, District Development and Reform and Industrial Information Bureau, District Culture, Sports, Tourism and Science and Technology Bureau, District Health and Health Bureau and other departments to organize and mobilize key personnel of this unit, department, and industry (the rest of the personnel will not be tested for the time being). In accordance with the principle of all the procurements, go to the nearby nucleic acid testing sampling points to cooperate in completing the nucleic acid sampling work, and all towns and offices cooperate with the points to organize the work.
2. The person in charge of the sampling point notifies the transfer vehicle at the point where he is located to transfer the sample, and the driver of the on-site transfer truck goes to the nearby sampling point for sampling.
3. Institutions and institutions and on-the-line staff on the epidemic go to the nearby sampling point to take samples.
4. The central health center in the jurisdiction is responsible for home sampling of key personnel and key places in the jurisdiction.
5. When sampling nucleic acid, please bring your mobile phone or ID card and prepare the collection code in advance. During the collection process, please consciously obey the arrangements of the sampling site staff, wear a mask correctly throughout the process, and keep a 2-meter distance with others, do not talk or gather. After the nucleic acid test, please do not stay and return home in time.
7. Do not eat within 2 hours before sampling, and do not smoke, drink, chew gum, etc. within 30 minutes to prevent it from affecting the test results.
