"China Outdoor Golden Rhino Award" is an annual selection event initiated by Outdoor Adventure magazine in 2006. Nomination Reason:
A 24-year-old boy, a domestic SUV. In 80 countries, the total distance is over 103,000 kilometers.
Zhang Shizhen fulfilled his dream of driving around the world before he was 30 years old. China set out and traveled through the Siberian wasteland, the Sahara Desert, the Congo tropical rainforest , across the Eurasian continent and traveling around Africa. He is still on the way.
Since he was 19 years old, Zhang Shizhen's ruts in the world have never stopped.
Why can’t you write your own name in the story of traveling around the world? The new generation of China is so "arrogant and bold".
To save travel expenses, he started from scratch and negotiated sponsorships during college, and contacted travel companions who traveled with him from all walks of life.

61 years old, in his sixties, he rekinds his dream of looking at the world.
For the sake of his dream, he "escaped" with his family on his back and was ridiculed by countless people. Everyone thought he was a psychopath. So what? "I want to live my own life and excitement, why should I listen to you?"
Since 2007, he has visited 25 countries on four continents through cycling, with a journey of 110,000 kilometers. His favorite sentence was said by the ancient Roman thinker Augustine : The world is a book, and people who do not travel only read one of the pages.
He used his actions to prove to others that going on the road is not a problem of money, equipment, or age, but only requires a determination to swallow the mountains and rivers. He is Xu Yukun.

Yang Lintong

Nomination Reason:
On his 9th birthday, when his father drove Yang Lintong to Tibet for a self-driving trip, car trips became a part of his life.
Starting from the summer of 2015, Yang Tong drove his own modified RV, selling sandwiches and drinks while driving around China.
Later, after saving some savings, he drove through Eurasia by setting up a stall while driving.
Until today, through his own efforts, he realized his dream of driving to Iceland . In 2019, he drove his own RV from Pakistan , arrived in Iceland through Middle East , Europe, and returned to China from Russia.
has a total journey of 65,000 kilometers, lasting 210 days, and has passed through more than 40 countries. As the first person to create this way of travel, he showed others the possibility of "using travel to support travel".
