The Shanghai-Malaysia Adventure Park project encountered the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic as soon as it was started. The arrival of more than 100 foreign employees on the project once made Qiushan Village Committees and villagers very worried. In response, Fang Haifeng worked with the company's senior executives to actively cooperate with the Jiangjia Town Party Committee and government, patiently explained to the villagers the standardized resumption of work, presented the health code of all staff members, and operated according to the approval procedures every day: measuring body temperature, verifying health codes, disinfecting the place... None of them was left out. High-altitude adventure projects are a very rigorous task. They must not only effectively control the project implementation process during the epidemic, but also ensure the safety of construction while actively resuming work. He is serious and responsible. Since the resumption of work, Fang Haifeng will go to various points of the project to check the process and inquire about epidemic prevention and control situations, collect a series of problems during the construction process, and negotiate and solve them with relevant personnel; in the evening, he will organize employees to analyze and discuss and solve the problems and difficulties encountered in construction, and negotiate and communicate with the town government and village in a timely manner. Under the leadership of the government, the completion of the Shanghai-Malaysia Expedition Park project was achieved in the fastest, best and most correct way.
As a large tourist destination project, Shanghai-Malaysia Adventure Park has greatly promoted the development of local catering and accommodation industries. In 2021, the number of tourists to the Shanghai-Malaysia Adventure Park is as high as 250,000. For the local catering and accommodation industry, assuming that each tourist's consumption of catering and accommodation is calculated at 100 yuan, the consumption generated during this period will reach 25 million yuan. The completion and opening of the Shanghai-Malaysia Adventure Park project has truly played a role in promoting local economic development and helping rural revitalization. The operation of the project also provides more than 100 jobs for local villagers, which better promotes villagers' employment. At the same time, young parents who returned to the countryside to find employment have also prevented nearly 100 left-behind families from children and elderly people from left-behind families from staying behind. Nearly 10 stalls are also provided in the park for local villagers to set up stalls to sell agricultural products, thereby increasing the villagers' economic income. The smooth operation of the project has further strengthened the village collective economy, increasing the income of the village collective by 1 million yuan every year.

Fang Haifeng made silent contributions and always contributed his own strength to epidemic prevention and control.

As the Jiangjia Primary and Secondary School is about to start, everyone is organized to visit the school and send disinfection masks and other epidemic prevention materials. Fang Haifeng is very enthusiastic about charity. He once organized a company to send warmth to the elderly over 60 years old in Qiushan Village, Jiangjia Town, and prepared rice, noodles, milk and other daily necessities to comfort the elderly, so that the elderly can feel the warmth of their families. In mid-to-late July 2021, there were continuous and severe floods in many places in Henan Province. After the disaster, people from all walks of life across the country extended a helping hand, and Fang Haifeng was also among them. He was concerned about the disaster area and extended a helping hand in emergency rescue. He took the initiative to send the company's emergency rescue team, brought rescue materials and equipment, and went to the disaster area of Xinxiang, Henan, and devoted himself to the rescue and disaster relief. He donated more than 100,000 yuan in food, mineral water, bedding and other disaster relief materials, and rescued more than 300 trapped people.
Fang Haifeng is always actively investing and shining in both supporting the economic development of his hometown or in public welfare undertakings.
