On December 17, 2021, the IXDC 2021 Talent Ceremony and the "2021 Guanghua Longteng Award·Top Ten Outstanding Youths in China's Service Design Industry" award ceremony was grandly held online. Leaders from China's service design industry gathered together to participate in the design ceremony.
Secretary-General of Beijing Guanghua Design Development Foundation Zhang Qi, founder of XXY Innovation Design Thinking and Strategy Consulting Xin Xiangyang , Chairman of the International Experience Design Conference (IXDC), and other leaders and guests, as well as designers from all walks of life attended the event online and witnessed the announcement of the list of the top ten outstanding young people.

"Guanghua Longteng Award·Top Ten Outstanding Youths of China's Service Design Industry" is a commendation and rewarding outstanding design talents who guide innovative design concepts and service design as a means to promote organizational innovation, process reengineering, drive service improvement and create excellent user experience.
In order to promote the development of China's service design industry, the Beijing Guanghua Design Development Foundation has reached a cooperation with the Guangdong Industrial Design Association in 2018. has launched the "Guanghua Longteng Award·Top Ten Outstanding Youths in China's service design industry" selection, and is included in the national preliminary evaluation category of "Guanghua Longteng Award·Top Ten Outstanding Youths in China's design industry" and is hosted by IXDC every year.
After more than 5 months of organization and selection, entrepreneurs, social activists, media people, educators and people from all walks of life who have made outstanding contributions to the development of service design, interaction design, user experience design and other fields across the country have participated. More than 50 participants were recommended, of which 30 participants entered the final review and defense stage.
On November 21, the selection organizing committee invited experts and scholars from related fields such as service design, experience design, and other related fields as expert judges in the defense. After a day of final review and defense, finally selected the "Guanghua Longteng Award·Top Ten Outstanding Youths in China's Service Design Industry" and "Guanghua Longteng Award·Top Ten Outstanding Youth Nominees in China's Service Design Industry" and "Guanghua Longteng Award·Top Ten Outstanding Youth Nominees in China's Service Design Industry" . "Guanghua Longteng Award" was established in 2005 to "support the growth of design talents and promote the development of the design industry." In 2011, it was officially approved by the National Science and Technology Awards Office and became a national award for the China Innovation Design Industry Talent Award (National Science and Technology Award Social Certificate No. 0223). It is the first, cross-field and public welfare outstanding talent selection activity in China's design industry.
Guanghua Longteng Award has been held so far, and 160 people were selected and commended the "Top Ten Outstanding Youths in China's Design Industry" and the number of candidates exceeded 10,000. Over the past 17 years, the Guanghua Longteng Award has witnessed the rapid development of China's design and has received support and encouragement from a large number of peers who have devoted themselves to the design industry, fearing obstacles and moving forward bravely.
