According to Wales Online, after the Queen's death last month, William won his new royal title: Duke of Cornwall , Earl of Chester, Duke of Rossey and Prince of Wales. Prince William holds the title of Duke of Cornwall and now owns the Principality of Cornwall, a private property created by Edward III in 1337 for his son and heir Prince Edward.
With this title, Kensington Palace declared that the Principality of Cornwall has an entire Principal Manor, including that huge ancient manor. The Principality of Cornwall purchased the estate in 2007 for £1.2 million ($1.34 million). The estate consists of three cottages, a Grade 2 protected barn and 192 acres of land located in the Welsh countryside.
Before choosing to buy that huge ancient estate, Charles is said to have spent 40 years looking for the ideal rural resort. Since the Queen's death, citizens of the area have been praising the new king. King Charles III claimed he would quietly go to the church on Sunday morning, donate items to the community draw, and unveil the new village auditorium.
When Prince William was stationed there as RAF search and rescue helicopter pilots between 2010 and 2013, Prince William and Kate had lived in Anglesey, northern Wales for three years. Have three permanent residences in England.
