Zhu Jianjun is from Hongjiang District. In 1997, he started a business in Guangzhou, engaged in the daily chemical, beauty and health care industries. He started from establishing a company in an individual, to establishing a company in partnership, and then partnered with state-owned enterprises and mixed enterprises. Zhu Jianjun's career in Guangzhou has grown all the way, becoming the executive president and shareholder of Guolong Group. The company's turnover has reached 800 million yuan and his annual income is more than 10 million yuan.

When Zhu Jianjun invested in this project, he found that the Xuefeng black bone chicken breeders raised by farmers in Hongjiang District had degenerated, had severe genetic diseases, and the survival rate was less than 78%. The farmers basically did not make money. Before 2014, farmers were unwilling to cooperate with the company and were unwilling to breed Xuefeng black bone chickens. This problem continued until 2015.

In order to solve the major technical problems, Zhu Jianjun invited Professor Xie Qingmei, an expert at South China Agricultural University and chief female scientist of Guangdong Province, to Hongjiang. Under her careful guidance, she used genetic screening technology to comprehensively and systematically screen the genetic disease of Xuefeng Black Bone Chicken. The development of this project alone invested 18 million yuan. It took two years to successfully eliminate the main genetic disease of Xuefeng Black Bone Chicken, "avia leukemia and avia baili disease", and made this technology gap across the country. After successfully eliminating the genetic diseases of these two types of snow-peak black bone chickens, the survival rate of snow-peak black chickens raised by farmers increased from below 78% to above 98%. The economic benefits of farmers have undergone tremendous changes, from not making money before, to now each company generates a profit of about 8 yuan.
After overcoming the breeding difficulties, Zhu Jianjun personally invested more than 100 million yuan to expand the company's scale, introduce advanced EU production processes, and achieve ecologicalization in all aspects from breeding to production. The company has been developing and growing, with 230 employees. It mainly engages in the cultivation and breeding of Xuefeng black-bone chicken breeders, commercial chicken breeding, feed production, poultry product processing, and health product development.The current scale is to raise 5,000 sets of the core group of Xuefeng Black Bone Chicken, 80,000 sets of the expanded group, produce 200,000 sets of seedlings annually, and more than 8 million commercial seedlings. The annual production line of slaughtering and distributing 20 million Xuefeng Black Bone Chicken has been trial production. Through the "company + cooperative + base + farmer" model, the "five guarantees and two unified systems" (including chicken seedling supply, feed supply, medicine and equipment, epidemic prevention, and technical services; unified large chicken recycling and sales, unified accounting) is implemented, and the products are sold to more than a dozen provinces, cities and districts such as Sichuan, Guizhou, Chongqing, Yunnan, Hunan, Hubei, and Tibet.
