Haosui Railway High-speed Railway Project main line is 188.06 kilometers long and has a designed speed of 250 kilometers per hour. There are 6 stations in the entire line, including Harbin North, Hulan North, Xinglong Town West, Suihua South, Qing'an South, and Tieli . The project investment estimate is 20.9212 billion yuan, making it the largest transportation infrastructure project in Heilongjiang Province. The project is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in October 2026. By then, it will only take 30 minutes to get from Harbin to Suihua and 100 minutes to Yichun.

Harbin-Sui Railway Project is an important part of the extension line of the Beijing-Harbin-Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Channel of my country's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network, and is an extension of the Harbin-Da High-speed Railway to the central part of Heilongjiang Province.
