Because methanol gasoline has no market, the company started to produce blended gasoline using naphtha , aromatics and other raw materials in March 2017, and illegally sold it in the name of No. 92 or No. 95 gasoline. Starting from June 2018, Huang Moumou and three others established Zhoushan Hualin Chemical Company and continued to use the original site to produce and operate gasoline.
After investigation, Huang Moumou and others produced and operated a total of more than 20,000 tons of gasoline, with the amount involved in the case being more than 110 million yuan. These mixed gasolines mainly flow to some private gas stations in Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangsu provinces.
