1. Advocate celebrating the festival locally. People in Chang will not leave Chang unless necessary, local travel and leisure, people outside will not return to Chang unless necessary, and those who really need to travel should not go to medium- and high-risk areas and areas with local case reports, temporary regional blockade and static management in the near future. Before traveling, you need to understand the epidemic prevention and control measures of the destination (including attractions), and prepare nucleic acid testing , health code applications, masks and other materials in advance;
2. Reduce the use of trains or planes and other public transportation. When you really need to take planes, high-speed rail, train, cross-provincial long-distance passenger transport, cross-provincial passenger ships and other transportation tools, and show a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and cooperate with the "ground inspection";
3. When taking public transportation, close contact with others, and in public places with dense indoor (outdoor) people, you should do it well. Personal protection, wear masks correctly, pay attention to hand hygiene; keep receipts on the way, and keep itinerary records;
4. Do not hold or participate in large gatherings unless necessary. Wedding and funerals should be reported to the local community (village) in advance, and it is recommended to hold them simply to reduce gatherings of people;
5. When returning to Changchang, you will conduct online entry into Changchang on the "Changtongma" platform one day in advance, do a 7-day health monitoring and nucleic acid test for yourself and your family, report to the community (village) in time when you have abnormal symptoms such as fever and cough, and transfer to the community (village) in a closed-loop manner, and actively inform the relevant travel history, avoid taking public transportation on the way to seek medical treatment;
6. Pay attention to the real-time epidemic changes in the travel stops. If there is a change in the risk level, actively report to the community and unit, and cooperate with centralized isolation or home isolation.
