Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration organized and completed 601 batches of food safety supervision and random inspection tasks, involving 8 types of food such as pastries, meat products, roasted food and nut products. Among them, there were 592 batches of qualified samples and 9 batches of unqualified samples (see attachment). failed projects mainly include microbial contamination, quality indicator fails to meet the standards, food additives exceed the range and limit use, and veterinary drug residues exceed the standard. The specific situation is now announced as follows:
1. Microbial pollution problem
(I) Dashi ice bean cake sold by Fuqibai Supermarket in Anda City, which is known as produced by Harbin Dashi Food Factory (production date: April 18, 2021), coliform group does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Grain and Products Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center (Harbin).
(II) Harbin-flavored red sausage produced by Qiqihar Xinsheng Heyuan Food Co., Ltd. (production date: July 19, 2021), the total number of colonies does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Heilongjiang Provincial Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
(III) The total number of colonies does not meet the product implementation standards requirements of the mung bean cake sold by Tiantian Fresh Supermarket in Sifangtai District, Shuangyashan City (production date: March 14, 2021). The inspection agency is Heilongjiang Provincial Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
2. The problem of quality indicators not meeting the standards
The black sesame (production date: March 4, 2021) sold by Mudanjiang RT-Mart Commercial Co., Ltd., has the acid price (based on fat) detection value that does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Harbin Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
3. Issues of food additives exceeding the range and limit
(I) The five-spice black fungus (production date: February 1, 2021) and cumin black fungus (production date: April 23, 2021) sold by Runxiang Food Store in Daowai District, Harbin City, the five-spice black fungus (production date: April 23, 2021) and the detection values of dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (calculated in dehydroacetic acid) do not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Heilongjiang Huace Testing Technology Co., Ltd. Dongning Shanyou Edible Fungus Technology Research and Development Co., Ltd. submitted a re-inspection application for the two batches of samples. Five-spice black fungus was re-inspected by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Cereals and Products Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center (Harbin), and cumin black fungus was re-inspected by the Harbin Customs Technology Center, and the initial inspection conclusions were maintained.
(II) The fried dough sticks sold by McDull Bun Shop, Keshan County, Qiqihar City (processing date: July 25, 2021), the residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, measured in Al) does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Heilongjiang Puni Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
(III) The fried dough sticks sold by Ruizhe Flower Shop in Fangzheng County, Harbin City (processing date: August 10, 2021), the residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, measured in Al) does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Heilongjiang Puni Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
4. The problem of veterinary drug residues exceeding the standard
crucian carp sold in Ligang Comprehensive Store, Sartu District, Daqing City (purchase date: June 10, 2021), enrofloxacin does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Heilongjiang Huace Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
For unqualified foods found during random inspections, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the market supervision department in the jurisdiction to immediately organize the inspection and disposal work, promptly check the flow of products, take risk control measures such as removal and recall, and investigate and punish illegal and irregular behaviors in accordance with the law, and make the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal situations taken to the public.
