The Orix China headquarters building located in the Donggang Business District of Dalian City has been included in the 2020 Dalian City key construction project. Headquarters Building project has a total construction area of 246,500 square meters. It is divided into two towers A and B, with a design height of 202.8 meters; 41 floors above ground (the 1-4th floors are commercial podiums), and 4 floors underground. The construction of the core cylinder and the corresponding floor bearing plate part is currently underway.
