In order to actively promote the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and help Hong Kong and Macao youth in innovation and entrepreneurship, the "Elite Cup" 2021 International Overseas Chinese Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is open to overseas Chinese who are aspiring to innovate and entrepreneurship at home and abroad. Taking the "innovation-driven" strategy as the direction and global vision as the guide, it focuses on young innovation and entrepreneurship talents in various fields and industries around strategic emerging industries such as biomedicine, intelligent manufacturing, and new generation information technology.
