After successfully opening the account, users can upload their travel records to the "Gangkang Code" system through the "Haoxin Travel" mobile application version 3.0, and then log in to the system on the "Gangkang Code" website to obtain the "Gangkang Code".
"Hong Kong Kang Code" is registered in real name. Applicants must fill in their personal information such as name, identity document number and issuance date, contact phone number, residence address, etc., and upload the Hong Kong address certificate for verification. After
successfully starts the account, users can upload the travel records in the past 31 days in the mobile phone program to the "Hong Kong Code" system through the new functions in the 3.0 version of the "Hangxin Travel" mobile application. Update the program will not affect the travel records that have been stored in the user's mobile phone program in the past, and these records will also be uploaded to the "Hong Kong Cooperation Code" system.
"Hong Kong Kang Code" is divided into three types: red code, yellow code and green code. The criteria for determining color are connected with Guangdong Province's "Guangdong Kang Code". Confirmed patients, suspected confirmed patients, close contacts, close contacts, home contacts of close contacts, people who have recovered but have been discharged for less than 14 days, people who are undergoing compulsory quarantine, and people who have reported having symptoms in the past 14 days will be given red codes; people who have visited or lived in high-risk places in the past 21 days (including the declared address and travel records uploaded by "Safe Travel"), or who have arrived in Hong Kong for less than 21 days, including those who have completed compulsory quarantine or have been exempted from compulsory quarantine (except for "Return to Hong Kong Easy" or "Come to Hong Kong Easy") will be given yellow codes; the rest will be given green codes. All "Hong Kong Kang Codes" are valid from the day of application to 11:59 p.m.
The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government stated that the "Hong Kong and Health Code" is for the purpose of customs clearance in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The government has pre-opened the "Hong Kong and Health Code" system so that citizens can try out and be familiar with the functions of the "Hong Kong and Health Code" as soon as possible, and can operate smoothly when Hong Kong and the Mainland are officially cleared. The order of applying for registration of a "Hong Kong Code" account has nothing to do with the future customs clearance quota, and citizens do not need to rush to apply. If citizens do not have plans to pass the test, they can decide whether to apply for the "Hong Kong Health Code" and update the "Haoxin Travel" mobile application to the latest version.
