A YouTuber tested the durability of the Apple Watch Ultra claimed by Apple . placed the most capable and durable smart watch in a drop condition, mixed a can of nails to observe scratches, and repeatedly hit the hammer to test the destructive test results of sapphire crystal glass.
TechRax is a channel known for testing product durability, which first tested the Apple Watch Ultra, dropping it from about 4 feet tall. Except for the titanium shell that has some dents due to falls, the Apple Watch Ultra is basically unharmed. Next, the Apple Watch Ultra was mixed in a can of nails, and once again the device left no obvious marks.
TechRax also tests its durability by repeatedly hitting the Apple Watch Ultra's sapphire crystal display with a hammer. During the test, the watch withstood the repeated blows of the hammer until it finally cracked after repeated blows. Surprisingly, the table participating in the test was first damaged to the naked eye.

Although the display of the Apple Watch Ultra was not damaged at first, the watch finally failed to turn on after repeated impacts. A failure to boot may indicate that while the glass may not be broken at the beginning, some internal components may be damaged first. Of course, this test is unrealistic in portraying typical usage of the Apple Watch Ultra, but it may provide some customers with guidance on how strong the sapphire crystal display is.
Apple claims the Apple Watch Ultra is its most rugged and durable Apple Watch to date, designed this device to compete directly with Garmin for professional and extreme sports customers. Regarding the Apple Watch Ultra, Garmin says it measures battery life by "month" rather than "hours". The Apple Watch Ultra starts at $799 and will arrive in customers this Friday.
