Children's vaccination plan 2019 edition
below shows the 2019A version, 2019B version, 2019C version and 2019D version in the picture. There are important explanations below the table of each version. I won’t go into details here. I will only mention one thing: the vaccination efficiency of the four plans is 3.6, 2.4, 1.8 and 4.2, respectively, and it is still a long way from 7.3.
Although both prevent 19 diseases, the total price of the C version of the vaccine is 93 yuan cheaper than the first two versions, because one dose of meningocrine AC combination vaccine is missing.
This kind of cheapness is not a good thing, because it sacrifices the timeliness of protection.
Originally, the meningococcal AC combined vaccine should start vaccination at 3 months, and 3 doses are needed; the C version is too troublesome, and I have to start vaccination at 6.5 months, and only 2 doses are needed. The
C version delayed the protection of meningocortic brain by 3 months compared with the previous two versions.

Global Notes
- Unconventional vaccines or non-child vaccines have not been included in the program, including: cholera, hepatitis E, anthrax, leukobody, hepatitis, rabies, and yellow fever.
- interval requirements for different vaccines : Two injections of live virus vaccines can be vaccinated at the same time. If different at the same time, it is recommended to have an interval of ≥1 month. Apart from this limitation, there are no other restrictions in science.
- Age definition : Calculated by natural month/year, a child was born on January 31, 2012, and his age is as follows: 0 months: 20120131-20120228; 1 month: 20120301-20120330; 0 years: 20120131-20130130; 1 years: 20130131-20140130.
If you have any choice, it is recommended to choose a pre-charged syringe to encapsulate the vaccine (safer).

Various vaccine precautions
1. Hepatitis B vaccine
has self-paid and free options, and it is free, and it is not wrong to choose from your own expenses.
If you choose the self-paid vaccine, the following priority order is recommended: CHO cells, Hansun yeast, ordinary yeast (or Brewer yeast).
2. BCG vaccine
only has free vaccines, and there is no difficulty in choosing.
has poor effect in preventing tuberculosis, but it can prevent two serious complications after infection (tuberculous meningitis and systemic disseminated tuberculosis).
lymphadenitis rate is >1/10,000, but it should still be vaccinated. It is contraindicated for people with immunodeficiency.
3. The penta-connected vaccine
is equivalent to 3 traditional vaccines: Baibaipo + polio + Haemophilus influenzae (Hib), which can avoid tossing and improve the timeliness of protection.
If the penta vaccine is out of stock, it is recommended to use the [Four Pair of Liberation (Baibai Break + Hib) + Polio] solution instead. If we consider it from an economic perspective, it is acceptable not to choose the five-link and switch to the [four-link + polio] plan. Effect and safety: There is no difference from vaccinating three traditional vaccines.
4. Pneumonia 13-valent vaccine
One of the two most preferred vaccines recommended for vaccination in the World Health Organization .
I personally do not recommend children to get the 23-valent pneumonia vaccine (regardless of whether they have been vaccinated with 13-valent) vaccine, but I don’t think it is wrong for other doctors to recommend the 23-valent vaccine.
13-valent vaccine is a combination vaccine and has good protection effect on infants and young children and people of all age groups; 23-valent vaccine is a polysaccharide vaccine, which can only be vaccinated from the age of 2, and there is clear evidence that it will inhibit the body's immune response to pneumococcal, although it has not been observed that it will increase the infection rate or worsen the condition after infection.
The price of pneumonia imported from mainland China is limited (15 months of age capped), and the price of pneumonia produced in Hong Kong is expected to be launched in the first half of next year, and it can be vaccinated until the age of 5.
5. Meningitis vaccine series (AC-bound, 4-valent polysaccharide, 4-valent polysaccharide)
AC-bound vaccine replaces the free group A polysaccharide vaccine, which can enhance the protective effect and the protective surface; the 4-valent polysaccharide vaccine replaces the free AC polysaccharide vaccine, which can increase the protective surface.
AC combined with the earliest vaccination from 3 months of age, and AC-hib can be vaccinated from 2 months of age.
The self-paid meningitis vaccine in the Mainland is better than the free meningitis vaccine, but it is not as good as the 4-valent combination vaccine in Hong Kong. The 4-valent binding vaccine has the best effect and the widest protection range. It includes Pfizer's Nimenrix and Pasteur's Menactra. The vaccination procedures of the two are different, but there is no difference in effectiveness and safety.
Nimenrix has 3 vaccination procedures: 1 dose for each age of 2, 4 and 12 months, 1 dose for each age of 3, 5 and 12 months, and only 1 dose for each age of ≥12 months is required.
Menactra has two vaccination procedures: 1 dose is given at 9 and 12 months of age (i.e. 3 months apart), and only 1 dose is required at ≥24 months of age.
6. Round disease 5-valent vaccine
Domestic disease unit price vaccine, imported Round disease 5-valent vaccine, the latter has better effect and more sufficient data on effect and safety.
I have said before that both domestic and imported vaccines are available. Just choose domestic vaccines, but the round disease vaccine is exceptional, and the first choice is to import.

There is no need to worry about the risk of instussusception (unprotected vaccine for round diseases is not monitored), the benefits far outweigh the risks.
7. Hand, foot and mouth vaccine
occurs about 2 million times a year, and 1 in every 8 children is infected, and there are very few severe cases of death.
EV71 virus and CA16 virus are common pathogens.The vaccine is only targeted at the EV71 virus, which can prevent 1/3 of hand, foot and mouth disease and more than 90% of severe diseases. The younger the age, the worse the condition, so you should get vaccinated as soon as possible. There is no need to get vaccinated after the age of 5.

8. The best vaccine containing measles, mumps, rubella ingredients
is the best solution for 2 doses of measles and mumps vaccine. The actual free arrangement is: 1 dose of leprosy + 1 dose of measles, 1 dose of mumps missing (the weakest protection power).
Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and Shandong have all arranged the second dose of Mumps vaccine for free. It is recommended that any area where only one dose of Mumps vaccine is arranged, and children will be vaccinated with one dose of Mumps vaccine at their own expense (no mumps, they can receive Mumps vaccine). It is recommended to arrange it at the age of 4.
If the mumps vaccine or the second dose of the mumps vaccine cannot be received in the mainland, you can go to Hong Kong to get the mumps vaccine (there is no mumps vaccine in Hong Kong).
9. Japanese encephalitis vaccine
has self-paid and free options. You must choose free live vaccines. If you choose inactivated vaccines at your own expense, you will lose.
There is also a live Japanese encephalitis vaccine in Hong Kong. Its effect and safety are comparable to that in the mainland, but it is very expensive (the average price is 1,830 yuan), and the cost-effectiveness is too low.
10. The key to chickenpox vaccine
is that one dose of chickenpox vaccine is not enough, but at present, most areas in my country only arrange one dose of vaccination, which causes chickenpox outbreaks to occur frequently.
The conventional 1 dose is usually arranged at 12 months of age. If you can get the second dose, it is recommended to arrange it between 4 and 6 years old, with a minimum interval of 3 months.
Shanghai, Tianjin and Wuxi have arranged 2 doses of chickenpox vaccine for free, so there is no need to choose products that are at your own expense.
If children over 6 years old have only received one dose, go to the second dose as soon as possible.
chickenpox vaccine without gelatin has low risk of allergicity.
11. Hepatitis A vaccine
is available at your own expense and free, just choose for free, but it is not wrong to choose for your own expense.
Free hepatitis A may be a live vaccine or an inactivated vaccine.

12. Tetanodispersal vaccine
6-year-old Tetanodispersal vaccine is nominally a strengthening of the White-Baibi vaccine, but it lacks the ingredients of whooping cough, and the firepower is much worse.
The mainland lacks the tetanus vaccine for strengthening use for 6 years, so it has to use tetanus vaccine instead. In order to enhance the prevention effect of pertussis, it is recommended to go to Hong Kong to get the quadruple vaccine (including the quadruple components of the quintuplet vaccine).
Hong Kong's quadruple vaccine is different from the mainland. The mainland is white-Baibo + Hib, and Hong Kong is white-Baibo + Polio. Going to Hong Kong to get a four-linked vaccine is equivalent to receiving one more dose of polio vaccine, which is acceptable.
13. Cervical Cancer Vaccine
The World Health Organization emphasizes that the main target population of cervical cancer vaccine is girls aged 9 to 14 years old before sexual activity, and the secondary target population is women or men aged ≥15 years old.
Mainland approval objects: women aged 9 to 45, women aged 40 to 45, women aged 9 to 45, and women aged 16 to 26.
Hong Kong can vaccinate men and women over 9 years old. There is no age limit, and there is usually no need for vaccination over 45 years old.
price comparison: 2-valent vaccine 580 yuan, 4-valent vaccine 798 yuan, and 9-valent vaccine 1298 yuan.
cross-protection effect: 2-price ≈ 7-price, 4-price ≈ 5-price, 9-price = 9-price.

I suggest: girls aged 9 to 14 only need to receive 2 doses of 2-valent vaccine (6 months apart), with the highest cost-effectiveness; women aged 15 to 26 get 3 doses, choose 2-valent or 9-valent vaccine; women aged 27 to 45 get 3 doses, the first choice is 2-valent, followed by 4-valent.
14. Influenza vaccine
So far, the only vaccine that needs to be vaccinated every year is the widest population: children, adults, and the elderly.
4-valent vaccine prevents one more virus type than 3-valent vaccine, which is of practical significance. The 4-valent vaccine is the first choice.
breaks the contraindications and misunderstandings: pregnant women can and need vaccination very much; egg allergy can be vaccinated; antibiotic-sensitive can be vaccinated; influenza in the year does not need to be 12 months apart from last year.

Influenza vaccine has the problem of alternating new and old plans, so try to vaccinate according to the new plan.
