The full text of the notice is as follows:Lingshou Hujiatuan High School is a private general high school established in 1998 with the approval of the Municipal Education Bureau. In March 2019, Lingshou Hujiatuan High School and Hebei Huina Education Investment Co., Ltd. signed a "Cooperation Agreement" to open a special class for students outside Lingshou County, and entrusted the company to assist in the 2019 out-of-city enrollment work. In 2019, the Municipal Education Bureau issued a local enrollment plan for Lingshou Hujiatuan High School to 660 students, and later adjusted 80 of them to the enrollment plan for students from other cities. During the enrollment process, the company signed a "Undergraduate Enrollment Agreement" with 101 parents of students with 380 points in the middle school entrance examination. According to the investigation, all freshmen of Hujiatuan High School in 2019 were studying in Lingshou County. In August 2020, Lingshou Hujiatuan High School demolished 90 bungalows identified as C-level dilapidated houses, and built new teaching buildings and restaurants. Due to the shortage of students' housing, the school rented a free school building in Shijiazhuang Mingze Vocational Technical College located in , Gaocheng District, to solve the problem of some students' enrollment. It has been verified that all students in Lingshou Hujiatuan High School have a general high school degree and took the college entrance examination in Lingshou County in June 2022 and obtained the general high school graduation certificate.
In response to the illegal school operation behaviors such as over-plan enrollment and false enrollment publicity in Lingshou Hujiatuan High School, the Municipal Education Bureau has made a law to reduce 200 people in the 2023 enrollment plan and deduct 10 points from the school's credibility points. At the same time, it was determined that the 2022 annual inspection was unqualified, and the school was ordered to make a profound inspection, and criticized the city. In response to the illegal signing of the "Agreement on Undergraduate Enrollment" with students' parents and charging fees, the Municipal Education Bureau instructed Lingshou Hujiatuan High School to urge the company to immediately rectify and refund the refund amount agreed in the "Agreement on Undergraduate Enrollment". At present, the agreed refund amount collected by 12,000 yuan per person for 101 students has been completely refunded, with a total refund of 1.212 million yuan.
