From September 23 to October 8, citizens from all over the country can search for "Jiangxi Green Travel" through Alipay to receive a green travel welfare package worth 30 yuan, including 10 bus and subway tickets, 2 5 yuan discount coupons for Gaode taxi, 2 1 yuan discount coupons for Hellobike, 1 5 yuan discount coupon for train ticket purchases and 1 3 yuan discount coupon. Each user can receive the activity rights once during the event.
At the launch ceremony, Fu Youhua, deputy director of the Jiangxi Provincial Comprehensive Transportation Development Center, said that since 2013, Jiangxi has actively implemented the public transportation priority development strategy, and the concept of green travel has become increasingly popular. Over the past ten years, Jiangxi Province's public transportation service guarantee capacity has steadily enhanced. There are more than 15,000 urban buses and electric vehicles in the province, 2,312 bus lines, and a total length of bus operating lines of 51,000 kilometers. In 2021, the province's urban buses completed 940.614 million passengers, with an average daily passenger transport of 2.577 million. Rail transit has been interwoven from nothing to something, and it has been interwoven into a network. Nanchang City subway has opened 4 operating lines, with a total length of 128.45 kilometers. In 2021, a total passenger volume of 256.02 million passengers are completed, and an average daily passenger transport of 701,400 passengers are transported.
Professor Song Guohua from the School of Environment of Beijing Jiaotong University said that green travel methods not only save energy, reduce pollution, but also take into account efficiency. He called on more people to adopt green travel methods such as buses and subways to contribute their own strength to the construction of a low-carbon society. Previously, China Intelligent Transport Association and China Transportation Newspaper launched a joint initiative for green travel "100 Cities and 100 Enterprises". The first batch of member units including Zhengzhou Bus , Qingdao Bus , Xiamen Metro and Alipay joined to jointly help promote green travel.
