According to the "Announcement of the Shandong Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation on Matters Related to Carry out Prize Invoice Activities", regular lottery prizes are carried out for invoices that meet relevant conditions across the province.
1. Lottery time
on the 12th of each month, please inform us of the need to change the lottery time due to other reasons. The first regular lottery prize in the province will be August 12, 2019.

5. Prize redemption location
Winners should redeem the prize at the regular lottery prize redemption location (see attachment) established by cities and cities across the province within 60 days from the date of announcement of the prize results. If the prize is not redeemed for the time being, it is deemed to be a waived. The winning bonus is paid by bank transfer.
VI. Other matters
(I) The winner should provide proof of identity, mobile phone number collected by the prize invoice system, and winning invoices for verification by the tax authorities. If the winning invoice is an ordinary invoice of VAT , the original invoice of the winning invoice should be provided; if the winning invoice is an ordinary invoice of VAT, the printout of the winning invoice layout file should be provided. After the redeemer signs and confirms, the redeemer's identity certificate, a copy of the invoice copy of the winning invoice or a printout document will be kept for reference by the tax authority of the lottery.
(II) When the winner receives the winning prize, he shall pay personal income tax in accordance with the current tax laws and regulations.
(III) Ordinary invoices that cannot be correctly identified due to defilement and damage, etc. will not be redeemed.
