Among them, some have won awards such as time-honored brands, famous trademarks, and famous brand products at the provincial and ministerial level; some have been listed as inheritors of intangible heritage at the provincial and ministerial level; some have won catering awards from national or provincial industry associations; and some have "regional iconic food" with raw materials or production crafts unique to the local area and strong natural or humanistic characteristics.
