1, Thinking
Traditional culture talks about the doctrine of the mean, Buddhism talks about the Dharma without entering the two extremes, the general meaning is not to fall into an extreme. There is no "formula" in this world that can be omnipotent! Abandon extreme thinking first, don’t always think, stand for three years at the beginning, and kill people after going out for ten years. Many people ignore it.Similarly, the Five Elements Boxing of Xingyiquan is very good and covers everything, but if the twelve forms are not practiced well, it is impossible to practice the Five Elements Boxing correctly!
