1. Registration conditions
(I) Those who meet the following conditions can register for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination :
1. Has nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Supports Constitution of the People's Republic of China, enjoys the right to vote and be elected;
3. Has good political, professional qualities and moral conduct;
4. Has full civil capacity ;
5. Personnel with bachelor's degree or above in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign universities, and their academic degree certificates have been certified by the Ministry of Education Study Abroad Service Center, they can register for the National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination. (II) Personnel who have any of the following circumstances shall not register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Those who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes;

2. Objective question test
(I) Registration method and time
2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Objective question test implements online registration, and the registration time is from 0:00 on June 16th to 18:00 on June 30th. 4. Applicants to enjoy the relaxation of policies must have local household registration requirements for relaxation of academic qualifications. When registering online, you should upload electronic photos of the home page of the household registration book and your personal page.
5. Electronic ID photo. Registerers shall provide photos of the front-facing electronic ID that meet the requirements of the prescribed format (413 pixels wide × 626 pixels high) within the past three months (both red, blue, and white backgrounds are acceptable). This photo will be the only photo used for my admission ticket, examination score notice, legal professional qualification application form, and legal professional qualification certificate.
6. Other materials required by judicial administrative organs . Registerers shall fill in personal information truthfully and accurately, make real and effective commitments to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive content of the submitted materials. (Wednesday) Pay the examination fee and choose the registration place
Registration personnel pay the examination fee online. Dingxi City objective test fee is 140 yuan/person. For the second (including subjects of test paper 1 and test paper 2) (Ganfa Reform Price Letter [2022] No. 12), the online payment deadline for the objective test is 18:00 on July 4.

(Five) Exam time and methods

3. Subjective question examination
(I) Registration and payment
2021 objective test retains valid scores, and those who pass the objective test scores in 2022 can register for the subjective question examination. The candidates should log in to the official website of the Ministry of Justice from September 24 to September 28 to confirm taking the subjective test and pay the examination fee according to regulations. 2021 objective test retains valid results. Those who confirm that they register for the 2022 subjective test (excluding those who take the 2022 objective test), they can choose to take the subjective test in the examination area set up by the judicial administrative organs where they work and live.

(II) Examination area test site set up

4. Other matters
(I) If the applicant who meets the conditions cannot complete the online registration or print the admission ticket by himself due to the lack of network communication conditions or the inability to operate by himself, he can go to Anding Road, Anding District, Dingxi City within the prescribed time limit No. 1, Window No. 16, 2nd Floor, Municipal Government Service Hall.
(II) Active-duty soldiers who meet the conditions shall apply for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, and shall register online through the official website of the Ministry of Justice, pay the examination fee, print the admission ticket, and go to the examination area set up by local judicial administrative agencies to take the examination. The Ministry of Justice, together with the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission, conducts unified verification of relevant information of active-duty soldiers. Other matters regarding active-duty soldiers' registration for examinations shall be handled in accordance with the relevant notices and requirements of the Ministry of Justice and the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission.
(III) The 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination will not be announced for the test questions and reference answers. After the subjective test results are announced, if the candidates have any objections to the test scores, they may submit a written application for score verification to the judicial administrative authority of the registration place within 15 days from the date of the announcement of the test scores.
(IV) The "2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination Outline" formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice can be used as the basis for preparing for the exam for the exam. Dingxi Municipal Justice Bureau does not hold pre-exam training classes, nor does it entrust any unit to conduct pre-exam training and tutoring for the 2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination.
(V) The candidates who take the exam shall abide by the Dingxi Examination District's regulations on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia, and consciously cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work.
