The Guangyun Bridge on the East Third Ring Road in Xi'an needs to be temporarily closed for construction due to maintenance. According to the " Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China ", " Implementation Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China " and "Xi'an Excavation Occupied Urban Roads" Management Measures Relevant regulations, combined with construction needs and traffic conditions, will now strengthen traffic management during the construction period as follows:
1. Road closures and times
Construction will start at 0:00 on July 19, 2022, for both north and south directions of the Guangyun Bridge on the East Third Ring Road The main road is fully enclosed for construction. According to the bridge design standards and traffic management needs, heavy and medium-sized trucks and motor vehicles with a total mass of 49 tons or more are prohibited from passing on the auxiliary road under the bridge, and the speed limit is 60km/h.
2. Diversion and bypass routes
(1) During the construction period, the north-south main road of the Guangyun Bridge in the East Third Ring Road is closed to all vehicles. , the auxiliary road under Andi Overpass (Guang'an Road) and other roads Traffic diversion control measures are implemented at the nodes. Motor vehicles passing through the above sections can pass according to the following diversion plan:
. East Third Ring Road from north to south: Line 1: Vehicles exiting from the new toll station through the expressway plan can use the Ring Expressway Ba Exit from Qiao Toll Station and Xingyuan South Toll Station.
Line 2: Vehicles exiting through the Xinzhu Toll Station can bypass the North Third Ring Road -Beichen Expressway.
Line 3: Vehicles that originally need to pass through the prohibited road section can bypass the East Third Ring Road-Expo Avenue-Eurasia Avenue or the East Third Ring Road-Expo Avenue-Dongcheng Avenue.
2. East Third Ring Road from south to north:
Route 1: High-speed vehicles need to enter from the Xinzhu Toll Station, and can pass through the Baqiao Toll Station, Xiangwang Toll Station, and Textile City Toll Station of the Ring Expressway.
Route 2: Vehicles that originally need to pass through the prohibited section can bypass the East Third Ring Road - Andi Interchange - Guang'an Road - Beichen Expressway.
Route 3: Vehicles that originally need to pass through the prohibited section can also bypass the East Third Ring Road - Guanting Interchange - Elevated Expressway - East Second Ring Road - Beichen Expressway.
(2) Relevant prohibited vehicles that need to pass through construction prohibited sections should comply with Xi'an Municipal People's Government "Notice on the Traffic Management of Diesel Trucks" and "Notice on Strengthening Motor Vehicle Traffic Management" and other regulations. 3. Other matters
(1) Heavy and medium-sized trucks and motor vehicles with a total mass of 49 tons or more that need to travel on prohibited roads due to construction or emergency tasks must hold a construction permit issued by the urban management department or The pass permit issued by the traffic management department of the public security organ allows passage at designated times and on the premise of ensuring safety.
