2. Labor contract information: contract time range, social credit code (this can be checked at the Zhejiang Office)
3. "Rental Housing Application Form", this needs to be uploaded in the interface, there is a download link, this needs to print the paper version , stamp the company seal (it needs to be the same company seal as the labor contract) and upload the electronic version.
4. Some other information will be automatically obtained on the application interface, so you can verify it yourself. Note that graduate student graduation information may not be automatically obtained when applying for a master's degree. You need to manually upload electronic photos of graduation certificates and degree certificates.

[Note] This filing is only required if the house you rent belongs to the landlord personally (the house belongs to state-owned land). (If the landlord doesn’t know, it’s easy to handle. As long as the landlord has a real estate certificate and has a number, then it needs to be filed. The landlord needs to provide a collective land use certificate, which can be the "Rural Private House Construction Land Report Form".

So if you just want to check the declaration information, or if you don’t need to re-upload the image, don’t click the save button in the first step.
