High-tech Zone education development for 24 years, the Party Working Committee and Management Committee have continuously increased their investment to improve school conditions, improve teaching quality, and strengthen education management. They have created a high-tech education brand with full coverage from kindergarten to high school, with both public and private wings, multiple school stages and multiple systems, with distinctive quality education and characteristic education. At present, after the management of Yanta, Chang'an , , , , , and Zhouzhi School, within 1,079 square kilometers of the Hi-Tech Zone, the number of schools at all levels and types increased to 240, with about 112,000 students and 9,867 teachers. High-tech education has entered the 2.0 version, becoming the city's education area.
In order to do a good job in ensuring the follow-up education of talents and new household registration policies, and win the battle for admission to the fall of 2019, the Education Bureau of the High-tech Education District actively responded to the Municipal Education Bureau’s requirements for “building schools, increasing degrees, and admission to the school”, and did its best to do all the work with the spirit of “no one minute to wait”.
"Build a School"
Build 2 new primary schools and 5 kindergartens. They are the Eighth Primary School of Xi'an High-tech Zone, the Eleventh Primary School of Xi'an High-tech Zone, the Ninth Kindergarten, the Eleventh Kindergarten of Xi'an High-tech Zone, the Twelve Kindergarten of Xi'an High-tech Zone, the Sixteenth Kindergarten of Xi'an High-tech Zone, and the Eighteenth Kindergarten of Xi'an High-tech Zone. During the summer vacation of 2019, the Education Bureau of the High-tech Zone arranged a total of 89 campuses including school renovation and equipment procurement, involving 11 street offices, with a total cost of about 185 million yuan. The project construction has been completed and relevant follow-up improvement work is underway.
At present, the planning and distribution of more schools in the Education Bureau region have been fully completed. In the future, school construction will be accelerated with the comprehensive support of the Party Working Committee and the Management Committee.
"Add degree"
Two new primary schools have a total of 72 classes, which can accommodate 3,240 students; five new kindergartens have a total of 51 classes, which can accommodate 1,530 children. Given that some schools have relatively tight degrees, the Education Bureau has further tapped potential and expanded the capacity of schools in the district and renovated some school functional departments to ensure smooth and orderly admission work.

New school faculty: This year, based on the number of classes opened and edited by the newly built schools, 322 teachers and staff were recruited to the public, including 142 for primary and secondary schools and 180 for kindergartens.
carry out exchange and rotation of principals and teachers: In order to promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources in the region, a total of 281 principals and teachers were arranged for exchange and rotation of principals and teachers based on the school’s lack of staffing. The proportion of key teachers among the exchange personnel is 30%, which effectively promotes the balance of teacher resources in the region.
promotes the "famous school +" project: In accordance with Secretary Zhong's instructions on the full coverage of "famous school +" in the High-tech Zone on September 1, and according to the "can't wait for a minute", the preliminary plan for "famous school +" in the High-tech Zone has been prepared and the "famous school +" promotion meeting is about to be carried out.
With the end of the summer vacation, the start of school in all primary and secondary schools in the district is underway in an orderly manner. The Education Bureau of the High-tech Zone optimizes and integrates all schools in the district, actively "build schools, increase degrees, and ensure admission", striving to make every school in the district high-quality, make every teacher wonderful, make every child happy, live up to the new era, create new development, and make new contributions to the construction of the "First Good District" of the High-tech Zone.
