Hebei News Network (Correspondent Li Wenying, Reporter Ma Jianmin) Starting from September 1st, the Hebei Provincial Taxation Bureau will use the new invoice supervision seal and the new version of ordinary invoices. Invoices that have been supervised by the former Hebei Provincial State Taxation Bureau can still be used before December 31 this year.

The person in charge of the Hebei Provincial Taxation Bureau introduced that the new National Unified Invoice Supervision Seal , which was launched on September 1, is oval in shape and is overprinted in the center of the invoice header. A thin line is added to the inner ring and the word "National" is added to the upper ring. The words "Uniform Invoice Supervision and Production Seal", the words "State Administration of Taxation" in the middle, and the words "Hebei Provincial Taxation Bureau" in the lower ring are printed in bright red. The new version of ordinary invoices are divided into: Hebei General Machine Printed Invoice (B), Hebei General Manual Invoice (E), Motor Vehicle Sales Unified Invoice, Used Car Sales Unified Invoice, Hebei General Fixed Invoice (J), Hebei General Fixed Invoice Invoice (K), Hebei general fixed-amount invoice (L), Hebei general fixed-amount invoice (M), Hebei general machine-printed invoice (N), Hebei bus ticket (machine-printed), Hebei bus ticket (thermal paper), Hebei bus ticket (Quota), Hebei general machine-printed invoice (H), Hebei general machine-printed invoice (I), Hebei ticket (01), Hebei ticket (02), and postage postcards used as tickets are Hebei tickets (02 postage).

At the same time, the Hebei Provincial Taxation Bureau also made regulations on invoices printed with the name of the unit. If you choose to use a valid invoice type to print invoices with the name of your unit, taxpayers can choose among the invoice printing enterprises determined by the Hebei Provincial Taxation Bureau’s public bidding and inquire on their own. Before printing invoices, taxpayers should submit their chosen invoice printing enterprise, invoice specifications, and printing quantity to the competent tax authority for confirmation. The printing costs shall be settled directly between the invoicing unit and the invoice printing enterprise. Invoices printed with the name of the unit cannot be used across districts and cities.
