In the end, Zhang Mingzhuo from Changchun won the men’s half-marathon championship with a time of 1 hour, 10 minutes and 31 seconds. The second and third place were won by Zhao Lei and Li Jiahui respectively; multiple marathon world champions and Beijing runners Wei Yanan won the women's half marathon championship with a time of 1 hour, 24 minutes and 52 seconds. The runner-up and third place were won by Dai Jie and Wang Wei respectively.
