Huaxia Jingwei News, July 11: According to Taiwan’s “China Times News Network”, former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was assassinated on the 8th. Some Taiwanese people spontaneously went to the "Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association" in Taipei to lay flowers and left messages on Facebook hoping to set up a venue to commemorate Abe. The "Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association" responded that work is underway and I believe we can announce it to everyone soon.

Since Abe was quite supportive of Taiwan during his lifetime, some Taiwanese people went to the "Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association" to lay flowers after learning of Abe's death. However, since there was no memorial venue, the people's flowers could only be collected by the guards on the first floor, and there were also civil organizations outside the building. A message wall was set up to "mourn Taiwan's eternal good friend, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe", and a large number of people from the "Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association" Facebook also left messages, hoping to set up a venue to lay flowers in memory.

"Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association" responded early this morning, saying that we all know that many Taiwanese friends are very concerned about when the official flower-laying platform will be opened. The "Association" is working hard and I believe we can announce it to everyone soon.
