Hunan Province Resident Health (Red, Yellow) Code
Complaint Process
Hunan Health Code is divided into red code, yellow code and green code. The red code and yellow code indicate high and medium risks of new coronavirus infection respectively, but the green code does not mean there is no risk of infection. The health code is not the only basis for implementing anti-epidemic medical measures. Relevant units in various places have the right to take anti-epidemic service measures in accordance with laws and regulations based on epidemiological investigations. In order to ensure the normal travel of residents and friends, the Changsha County New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters now provides the following instructions on the Hunan Province Resident Health Code decoding appeal process:
1. Report to the community: Once you or your family members find that the Hunan Province Resident Health Code has become If there is a red or yellow code, please immediately report it to your community.
2. Red code personnel: Isolate on site and then conduct investigation (the town and street are responsible for sending to the quarantine hotel) . The county-level traffic investigation will verify the reasons for the coding, and take corresponding control measures according to the specific reasons for the coding. After the control is in place, the county-level traffic police will The team is decoded according to the process.
3. Yellow code personnel: A brief epidemiological survey will be conducted by the town street investigation team or community investigation team to determine the reasons for the coding. There are medium and high-risk areas (subject to official announcement) or the local government has announced a full area closure (closure) In principle, those who are managed under the control of the Central Government but are not classified as medium- and high-risk areas will be quarantined in a centralized manner until 14 days after leaving the local area. The town and street are responsible for sending them to a quarantine hotel; those who have no history of living in medium- and high-risk areas, but have a history of living in the city where medium- and high-risk areas are located, will be quarantined for 7 days. For home health monitoring, nucleic acid testing will be carried out on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day after leaving the local area. If the subject is discovered after a few days after arriving, the test will be implemented as soon as possible. If the above-mentioned objects have completed the control within the specified time and the nucleic acid test results are all negative, the decoding appeal will be carried out according to the process.
4. Decoding process: People with yellow codes (including people with current address in Changsha County, current address in other places but registered place of residence in Changsha County, people from other provinces with a history of living in Changsha County in the past 14 days, etc.) are implementing the epidemic prevention requirements Afterwards (see above), fill in the decoding application form (see attachment 1 for details) and submit it to the community for review and summary. The community will submit batch reports to the decoding team via email [email protected]. The decoding team will decode those that meet the decoding conditions.
5. Other situations: If the current address and registered place of residence are both in other provinces, such as Shandong people who are currently in Guangzhou and have abnormal Hunan Provincial Health Code, please contact Health 320 (0731-12320) or call the Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (0731- 84305932) for consultation.
6. Note: decoding appeal is a strict process and needs to be investigated and reviewed. Community workers and resident friends are asked to wait patiently after submitting the information. The code has not changed 24 hours after submission. Working days 9: From 00-17:00, you can call 0731-84015791 for consultation. After the code is successfully changed, it may change to a red code or a yellow code again due to personal itinerary reasons. During the epidemic, residents and friends are asked to scientifically prevent the epidemic, arrange travel reasonably, and reduce unnecessary outings.
