What are the arrangements for the Jingyuetan Forest Marathon track and supply station?
Changchun Jingyuetan Forest Marathon is a Class B marathon event in China, and the track has been certified by the Chinese Athletics Association. Different from urban road running marathons, our event is a cross-country running that is closer to nature and more difficult. The entire track consists of three parts: mountain slopes, forest sand green roads, and a road around the lake. The total climb is 750 meters. Among these three sections, players need to pay attention to the running methods on the forest sand green roads and mountain slopes.
Forest Sand Greenway : You will encounter solid or soft dirt roads (the ground is paved with pine needles), gravel roads where it is not easy to master the balance, and you must also pay attention to hidden potholes, undulating grass, etc. On rainy days or after rain, these originally dry roads will become slippery, especially when stepping on grass, so be sure to prevent slipping.
Mountain slope : When going uphill, the forefoot touches the ground first, lean forward and let gravity help you move forward, shortening the stride length and increasing the cadence. The steeper the slope, the smaller the stride. If the slope is steep, you can switch to hiking or zigzag running (as long as it does not interfere with the normal competition of other runners). Keep a clear view when going downhill and choose your route carefully based on safe footing points.
The full marathon track is 42.195km long, with a cumulative climb of 750m and a steepest slope of 22 degrees. It consists of a 16km road around the lake, a 13km mountain slope, and a 13km forest sand greenway. There are 16 drinking water stations, 7 of which provide energy supplies and 3 of which have emergency vehicles.
supply station location distribution: 1(5km), 2(7.5km), 3(10km), 4(12.5km), 5(15km), 6(18km), 7(20km), 8(22.5km), 9 (25km), 10(27.5km), 11(29.5km), 12(32.5km), 13(35km), 14(37.5), 15(40km), 16(finish)
half marathon track length 21.0975 km, consisting of 14km of road around the lake, 5km of mountain slopes, and 2km of forest sand greenway. There are 9 drinking water stations, 4 of which provide energy supplies, and 3 of which have emergency vehicles.
location distribution: 1 (5km), 2 (7km), 3 (9.5km), 4 (12.3m), 5 (13.4km), 6 (16km), 7 (17.6km), 8 (20km) 9 (end point ).
The mini marathon track is 7km long and consists of a 5km road around the lake and a 2km mountain slope. The only drinking water station is located at 5km.
