notice clarifies that small and micro enterprises in the service industry and individual industrial and commercial households that rent state-owned houses of provincial administrative institutions (including enterprises) and provincial cultural enterprises in the county-level administrative areas where areas are classified as medium and high-risk areas for the epidemic in 2022 will be exempted. , 6 months of rent are exempted for the current year, and 3 months of rent are exempted for other areas. If the actual lease period in 2022 is less than the lease period that should be exempted, it will be exempted based on the actual lease period.

The implementation entities of the exemption policy are provincial administrative institutions (including enterprises), Strait Publishing and Distribution Group , Fujian Radio and Television Network Group . During the rental period of the house, eligible reduction and exemption objects shall directly submit the application for reduction and exemption and relevant supporting materials to the rental house, and the implementing entity shall promptly review and approve the lessee's application for reduction and exemption in accordance with the internal approval procedures. After the approval is passed, the implementing entity shall promptly notify the applicant in writing and handle the rent reduction and exemption procedures. Relevant units must carefully study and formulate specific plans for rent reduction and exemption and organize their implementation to ensure that rent reduction and exemption work is effectively implemented.
