Recently, Changzhou City issued the "Notice on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Youth Employment Internships in Changzhou City" (Changrenshefa [2020] No. 46) to further enhance the employability of unemployed college graduates and young people.
1. Scope of trainee objects
Trainee objects include three categories:
Category A: Full-time college graduates who have not been employed within two years after graduation and returned overseas students who have passed the academic degree certification of the Ministry of Education’s relevant institutions;
Category B: Diploma Full-time ordinary college graduates who have graduated less than six months ago and have not yet secured a job, senior workers from technical colleges, technician classes ( preparatory technician class) and vocational education graduates from special education colleges;
C category: 18-24 Young people who are 18 years old and registered as unemployed in this city.
These three categories of personnel (including young people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) can apply to become employment trainees as long as they are not insured by the unit.
2. The internship period
The internship period has been relaxed from the original 3-6 months
to
33-12 months
3. Guaranteed content
During the internship period
1. Living allowance: The company pays salary first according to the needs of the trainee, and then pays per hour. Each person applies for a subsidy of 60% of the monthly minimum wage standard for enterprises in our city in that year;
2. Rent subsidy: Persons with identified difficulties can apply for a rental subsidy of 500 yuan per person per month;
3. Tutoring subsidy: 1 per tutor Trainees, corporate tutors can enjoy a teaching subsidy of 100 yuan/month;
4, work-related injury insurance: uniformly handles separate work-related injury insurance for trainees.
After the traineeship is over
trainee base retains trainees and signs a labor contract with them and pays social insurance, a one-time retention reward of 1,000 yuan per person will be given. At the same time, outstanding youth employment internship bases will be selected every two years and certain rewards will be given.
