Solution:
You can check the reserved mobile phone number through the [Personal Center] module of the Personal Income Tax app, click [Security Center]. If there is an error in filling in the form, please correct it in time and pay attention to answer incoming calls later.
Scenario 3:
The tax authorities verify the annual individual tax return declaration information from you, but you have not provided additional supporting materials.
Solution:
You can resubmit your tax refund application, pay attention to the message reminder, and upload supporting materials in a timely manner to avoid another tax refund failure.

Click the personal message reminder icon in the upper right corner of the [Homepage] of the personal tax APP.
Click [Reminder for submitting supplementary materials or explanations for tax refund review], check the on-site letter sent to you by the tax authority, and click [Process Now].
