United States: Specialty Foods Association (SFA) predicts key food trends next year amid the pandemic
For the $170.4 billion specialty food industry, choosing familiar and comforting foods is now the key, according to the Specialty Foods Association (SFA) Trend Survey Group. main trends.

Upgraded ingredients will continue to gain momentum as younger Gen Z consumers increasingly seek to support sustainable brands.
