From the folds of the mountains in the northeastern part of the Taiyi Mountains, an ancient water system called the Wuhe River flows out. For thousands of years, the rushing river has witnessed the duel between Gu Qi and Ju that took place at the foot of the Great Wall of Qi, and the Weishui War led by Han Xin and Long Qie. The tall pottery cup unearthed in the 1930s exudes a dim light and bears the imprint of Longshan culture. It is still on display in the National Museum. The long and protruding banks of the Wuhe River are a cultural uplift.

Today, thousands of years after the wheel of history, the Wuhe River still flows with echoes of history. The Jingzhi Shaju Workshop that emerged along the river has written records since the Song Dynasty. However, the rolling red dust since then has buried those cultural souls deeply under the mud and gravel, so that in the past hundred years, few heroic articles and long songs have been born here. In early summer this year, a hot wind blew, finally breaking this historical silence. "Rural Public" began to serialize the long rural novel "Zhi Zhen Shuo" (written by Pang Chunjie), which set off a rolling heat wave in the Chaohe River Basin and the land of Qilu. Reading it is like taking a sauna in the sauna sky, which makes people passionate. open.

This is a long novel positioned as a rural novel. From the story content to the theme structure and writing style, it all presents a different style, and its diversity is very obvious. First, it has a long historical span. The story begins with the Revolutionary Meeting of the Republic of China and unfolds during the Anti-Japanese War, telling the story of the turbulent struggle that took place in Zhizhen. Second, the scene is grand and the narrative is complex. With Zhizhen as the background, the pen and ink tentacles extend to the provincial capital, the provincial capital, and the provincial capital. Beijing and abroad; thirdly, there are many characters and complex relationships, with the Gongye family as the main body, ranging from the grandfather and grandma to the great-grandchildren "I", the three religions and nine streams active in Zhizhen, as well as the Gongye family Related historical figures.

The so-called "the soil and water support the people" is, in the final analysis, regional culture. Among the colorful regional cultures, the most exciting part must be the collection of a large number of literary elements. In this sense, literature constitutes the soul of regional culture, and in turn, regionality gives life to literature. For many writers, they have a creative base set in their hometown. For example, Jia Pingwa's Guanzhong Plain, Mo Yan's Gaomi Northeast Township, Zhou Daxin's Western Henan Basin, etc. The base area of Pangchunjie is naturally the Wuhe River Basin in his hometown.

As a fellow countryman of the author, most of the characters and stories in the book seem familiar to me, and some of them are familiar to me. The geographical relationship made me regard the serial as my hometown. I specially downloaded the "Rural Public" client and must read every issue. Since the serialization of "Zhi Zhen Shuo", what is the most basic feeling and the most prominent impression left to me as a "family member"? If you can sum it up in one sentence, this is the hometown taste of "Dingfeng Xiangbaili".

One is the unique local “wine culture”. Outsiders only know that Jingzhi is rich in fine wine, but they don’t know that there are also a lot of legendary stories related to wine. And these have naturally become ready-made elements for the author's creation. For example, there is a local saying that "Jingzhi dogs can drink four ounces of wine". In the first two chapters, the author wrote "Jingzhi dogs can go to the banquet", "Jingzhi donkeys are good at drinking", "Jingzhi pigs can get drunk", and later "Jingzhi dogs can get drunk". "Wine pours peonies" and so on, the stories are unheard of, the scenes are bizarre, and the writing is unique.

Second, a large number of real character prototypes. "The Story of Zhi Zhen" involves many characters, including staunch communists, cultural scholars who follow the trend of the times, folk artists with unique skills, prominent families, old-time Chinese doctors with superb medical skills, and some who are mixed up. The gangsters in the market, as well as the bandits and traitors who run rampant in the countryside and harm everyone... It is worth mentioning that most of these various characters have life prototypes, and some of them are well-known local celebrities. For example, at the beginning of the chapter, an Eighth Route Army military worker named "Chen Ke" appears. His prototype is Chen Ke, the first secretary of the Anqiu County Committee of the Communist Party of China and a revolutionary martyr. In the early 1950s, the county party committee and government built the "Monument to Martyr Chen Ke" near the old bus station in Jingzhi Town, and it still stands there today. The character "Old Man Zhili" who appears in the image of a country squire is based on Liu Datong (formerly known as Liu Jianfeng), who is also a real person. His home is Zhipan Village, a dozen miles south of Jingzhi. In his early years, this man was passionate and gave up his official career. When he went north to Guandong to make revolution, it was said at that time that "Sun Yat-sen is in the south and Liu Datong is in the north." He founded the first republic in Chinese history, the "Republic of Datong", in Antu County in northeastern China, three months earlier than the "Republic of China" that was later established in Wuhan. When the Anti-Japanese War broke out, Liu Datong retreated to Tianjin and founded "Bohai Daily", setting up an anti-Japanese banner. The book also writes about real people such as Wang Jinmei, the early founder of our party in Shandong, and Wang Zhui, a progressive intellectual who went to Europe to study.

Third, local folk cultural legends. There is a Chengding Mountain in the southwest of Anqiu, and there is an academy on the mountain. According to legend, it was the place where Gongye, the son-in-law of Confucius, gave lectures. There is now the Gongye Temple and his statue. Local legend has it that Gongye Chang likes birds, can understand their songs, and often communicates with them. This folk tale was cleverly and completely transplanted by the author into "The Story of Zhi Zhen". The opening chapter begins with "I" being born in the Gongye family and named Gongye Dehong. A wooden bird named "Furnis" will always come to explain "me" my doubts. Not far from the academy, there is an ancient village called "Niumu". "Niumu Bells" is one of the "Eight Scenic Spots of Anqiu". It is said that when the bell was cast in ancient times, it was repeated several times without success. At one time, a traitor came up with a plan: a boy and a girl needed to be added to the casting pot, which was adopted by the war officials. Unfortunately, a pair of innocent boys and girls were thrown into the casting pot alive. Strangely enough, it happened that time, and the bell sounded as loud as a bison. The two bells made were placed in Dang village and the county town seventy or eighty miles away. If any bell is struck, the other one will ring at the same time. This legend is also included in the relevant chapters. The appearance of these local elements makes the work highlight its regionality and readability.

Fourth, local delicacies are featured throughout the book. "Spinach pancakes, chicken breast meatballs, Weihe carp, Zhipan roasted pork, coriander stir-fry, five-petal fire roast, mung bean cake, sesame flakes, thousand-layer cake..." This is the second chapter of "Strong and Intense" Li Zi, the owner of Zhongyuan Henry Restaurant A list of menus presented when fish is served to guests. Since then, these local delicacies have continued to appear in various wine shops, and specialties such as oven-baked buns, sugar-dipped pomegranates, donkey meat barbecue, three-page cakes, and horsemouth fish have become more popular. "Zhi Zhen Shuo" also uses a large number of representative local elements, such as local customs, local dialects, etc., so that readers can strongly feel the national style of the work and appreciate the rich rural flavor. The various regional flavors remind me of the "Maqiao Dictionary" written by the famous 20th century writer Han Shaogong. The work revolves around more than 100 entries in Maqiao Town, completing a magnificent narrative.

"The honey locust tree was planted on the left side of the gate of our farm... It is the tallest tree. I planted myself in Zhizhen, in Dayouzhuang." This is the first chapter of "Zhizhen Theory" One sentence in five chapters. I seemed to see a rare local honey locust tree suddenly growing on the bank of the Chao River in my hometown. This tree grew when the wind blew, covering the sky and the sun, and became taller and taller.
