E1 high voltage protection
fault display: outdoor unit main board , indoor unit wire controller, indoor unit receiving light board display applicable model: GMV series
fault judgment conditions and methods:
through high-voltage sensor detection system Real-time high voltage or detect whether the high voltage switch operates to judge. If the sensor detects that the high voltage value is greater than 65°C or the high voltage switch is disconnected, it is judged that the high voltage is too high and the system shuts down for protection.
Possible reasons :
1. The outdoor unit stop valve is not open;
2. The operating environment temperature is too high and the ventilation at the installation location is poor;
3. The system refrigerant is too much;
4. The outdoor or indoor fan is abnormal (cooling/heating mode) ;
5. The indoor unit filter or air duct is blocked (heating mode);
6. The high-pressure switch operates abnormally;
7. The high-pressure sensor is abnormal;
8. The system pipeline is blocked.
Multi-line maintenance E2 fault
E2: Exhaust low temperature protection
Fault display: Outdoor unit main board, indoor unit wire controller, indoor unit receiving light board display
Applicable model: GMV series
Fault judgment conditions and methods:
Pass detection Compressor exhaust temperature and high pressure value, if the difference between the exhaust temperature and high pressure value is lower than 10℃, it will shut down for protection.
Possible reasons:
1. Too much refrigerant in the system;
2. The compressor exhaust temperature sensing package detects abnormally;
3. In the cooling mode, the electronic expansion action of the indoor unit is abnormal;
4. In the heating mode, the outdoor electronic expansion valve behaves abnormally.
