First, fine-tune the peak and valley periods of industrial power consumption.
In order to properly solve the power supply and demand contradiction caused by the increase of photovoltaic power generation and the decline of electricity load between 11 and 12 noon, and the superposition of night production and residential electricity load between 21 and 22 p.m., give full play to the role of photovoltaic power generation and promote green and low-carbon energy Development, starting from January 15, 2022, the peak and valley periods of industrial electricity consumption (including large industrial electricity consumption and general industrial electricity consumption of 100 kVA and above) will be adjusted to: peak period 8:00-11:00 , 17:00-22:00, 11:00-17:00, 22:00-24:00 in normal periods, 0:00-8:00 in valley periods, and the three periods of peak and valley periods remain unchanged for 8 hours each.
The second is to add winter peak electricity prices.
In order to ensure a stable supply of energy, ensure the safety of power grid operation, give full play to the role of market mechanisms, and guide power users to actively avoid peak peaks, starting from January 1, 2022, summer and winter power consumption for large industries with 315 kVA and above will be implemented. Peak electricity prices in two seasons.
Specifically:
From July to August every year, when the daily maximum temperature reaches or exceeds 35℃, the summer peak electricity price will be implemented from 10:00-11:00 and 14:00-15:00, and at the same time, from 17:00-18: 00 is adjusted from the peak period to the normal period;
html From December to January of the following year, when the daily minimum temperature reaches or falls below -3℃, the winter peak electricity price will be implemented from 9:00-11:00 and 18:00-20:00.
The peak electricity price in summer and winter is based on the peak electricity price, with an increase of 20%. The daily maximum temperature in summer and the minimum temperature in winter are based on the next day's maximum temperature and minimum temperature in Nanjing released by the weather forecast released by CCTV's 19:00 news broadcast every night, and will be implemented the next day.
