After entering 2022, many places have successively made it clear that time-of-use electricity price policies will be implemented for industrial and commercial users or large industrial users. Among them, electricity prices will increase by up to 71.96% during peak hours and by 50% at the lowest. At the same time, most provinces have proposed that the electricity price during peak hours will increase by another 20% on the basis of the electricity price during peak hours, which means that the price will increase by up to 90%!
But this is a price adjustment for industrial and commercial electricity and large industrial electricity. The electricity used by ordinary residents is not affected by this new mechanism. It is impossible to say that it will increase by 90%. Everyone can rest assured about this.
