This issue introduces a 125㎡ three-bedroom design. The house is located in Changsha, Hunan, a happier city. Because the housing prices here are lower than those in the provincial capitals across the country, it has created its title as a happy city.
However, although the price is low, it is only compared with other provincial capital cities. Its housing prices are still at an average price of more than 10,000 yuan. To buy a 125-square-meter house, it will cost hundreds of thousands of yuan to pay, and the decoration will be hundreds of thousands of yuan.
The couple introduced in this issue, they have been working in this city for nearly twenty years and finally completed their first home in their lives. Because of my love for Chinese style, I chose the first house in my life to decorate a new Chinese style, which has both the charm of traditional Chinese style and the modern fashion.

The house is a relatively large three-bedroom house, why is it said to be larger? Because as now, houses with actual area of 125 square meters can basically be planned by developers, and now there are only three bedrooms, so each bedroom and no space are relatively spacious and comfortable.

There is no entrance when you enter the house, and you will open the door and arrive at the dining space.
Since the kitchen space is relatively large, it is separated out and used as a small shoe changing room. It is made into a set of cabinets and a refrigerator.
Restaurant made a set of customized cabinets and placed a finished cabinet. The finished cabinet is a storage cabinet, a display cabinet and a decorative cabinet.
The balcony next to the living room is divided into two. Part of it is used as the leisure space in the living room, and the other part is included in the children's room to make the learning area of the children's room.
The door and sofa wall of the master bedroom are on the same wall, so I chose to make invisible door , so the entire wall looks more overall and will look more grand and more advanced.
Living room
This is the living room space. It looks nothing but simple, but it fully displays the Chinese flavor. Through simple artistic paintings, furniture styles and colors, and a little mural shape of the TV wall, it shows the Chinese beauty of the entire space.
The perspective of the TV wall, the entire wall is equivalent to a landscape painting with Chinese symbolic meaning, with a looming feeling in the painting, and then it seems like being in it, with a sense of déjà déjà vu; through the illumination of the spotlight, the exquisiteness in the painting can be reflected.
Leisure balcony
Leisure balcony is the tea room area in the home, which has a very casual feeling. Tasting a pot of tea here, enjoy the comfort of the soul, can soothe the inner turmoil.
You can see the cabinet from this perspective. It is both a display cabinet and can be used to store tea leaves and tea sets.
Restaurant
Restaurant is our place for three meals a day, and it is used frequently.
Due to space reasons, there is no round table, and a square table for six people is placed.
