often occurs at capillary and drying filter . There are three main reasons for blockage: dirty blockage, ice blockage and welding blockage.
dirty blockage usually occurs at the entrance of the capillary. It is because dirt in the system (such as welding slag, rust, scale , etc.) blocks the pipeline. When checking, gently tapping the capillary may temporarily return to normal. In addition, the location and properties of the blockage can be judged from the condensation, frost on the surface of the pipeline and component, and the pressure recovery speed and time during shutdown.
ice blocking generally occurs at the outlet of the capillary tube. It is because the system contains moisture. It suddenly vaporizes and cools down at the outlet of the capillary tube and condenses into small ice particles. When judging, you can use welding gun to heat at the outlet of the capillary tube. If the effect returns to normal or improves, it means that it is ice blocking, or the machine can be turned on after the air conditioner is turned off and the machine can be cooled for a period of time, which means it is ice blocking. Ice blocking generally occurs on a newly installed machine or newly repaired air conditioner.
welding blocking usually occurs at the welding of capillaries. The phenomenon is similar to dirty blocking and ice blocking, and it often occurs on new installation machines.

air conditioner cooling and heating carrier is refrigerant. If the system leaks, the refrigerant leak will cause poor cooling or no cooling at all. The places where the air conditioner leaks are mainly concentrated in the welding joints of the two devices, the capillary welding, the compressor suction and exhaust pipe, horn mouth, copper sodium cracks, connecting pipes, etc., you can first visually check when checking, and focus on checking each joint of the connecting pipe. There are generally oil traces in the leakage area.

usually occurs during heating. The four-way valve is poorly absorbed, air-connected or stuck, causing poor heating performance.
