Aggregates are different
Hydraulic gypsum and light gypsum are different. Heavy gypsum aggregate is sand, and light gypsum is vitrified microbeads . Vitrified microbeads as lightweight filling aggregates have the advantages of heat insulation, fire resistance, sound absorption, etc. In the building materials industry, using vitrified microbeads as lightweight aggregates can improve the mortar's fluidity and self-resistance strength, reduce material shrinkage, improve product comprehensive performance, and reduce comprehensive production costs. At the same time, vitrified microbeads can form a certain particle strength due to surface vitrification, and have strong aging resistance and excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, sound absorption and other properties.
gypsum content is different
Lightweight plaster gypsum requires gypsum powder content ≥75%, and heavy plaster gypsum requires gypsum powder content ≥35%.
technical performance is different
1, the density is different; the density of light plaster plaster ≤1000kg/m3, and the density of heavy plaster plaster >1000kg/m3.
2. Water retention rate (%); water retention rate of lightweight plaster plaster ≥ 60%, and water retention rate of heavy plaster ≥ 75%.
3. Tensile bonding strength; the tensile bonding strength of lightweight plaster plaster ≥0.3Mpa, and the tensile bonding strength of heavy plaster ≥0.4Mpa.
4, compressive strength ; compressive strength of light plaster plaster ≥1.5Mpa, and compressive strength of heavy plaster ≥4.0Mpa.
5, flexural strength; lightweight plaster plaster flexural strength ≥1.0Mpa, heavy plaster plaster flexural strength ≥2.0Mpa.
Lightweight plastered plaster has various characteristics such as small weight, convenient construction, good transportation, no melting when exposed to water, low cost, excellent insulation performance, moderate strength, and mechanical spraying. It is another upgraded product after the elimination of heavy-quality plastered plaster . It has brought good news to developers and construction units and brought a more comfortable environment to residents. Compared with the market, lightweight plaster plaster can produce an area of 130 square meters per ton, which is three times that of heavy plaster painted plaster, greatly improving the construction efficiency and transportation cost.
Heavy plaster gypsum is mainly based on sand, and light plaster gypsum is mainly based on gypsum. This is an intuitive understanding from the perspective of heavy and light. In terms of construction thickness, heavy gypsum is about 0.6cm in a single batch. If the construction is too thick, it is easy to fall, crack, etc., and light gypsum is different. It can reach about 1cm in a single time. At the same time, the light gypsum is relatively viscous and will not cause hollowing or falling.
