First, you can detect the changes in the pipeline in the gas heating boiler. If carbon steel pipe , if its swelling is greater than 3.5%, it should be replaced; and the standard for replacing alloy steel pipes should be greater than 2.5%, which is more stringent.
Secondly, for high-temperature superheaters in gas heating boilers, if the surface of oxide scale has reached 0.6-0.7mm and there is a relatively deep grain boundary oxidation and cracking, and the cracking depth is greater than 3-5 grain size , it will be regarded as invalid.
If there is significant visible cracking or any defect in the surface of the gas heating boiler, you must pay more attention. If this cracking or defect cannot be repaired, you can only replace the overall equipment. The measurement of the pipe and pipe wall thickness of the gas heating boiler shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions under relevant standards to ensure the resulting detection value.
And about the heat exchanger tube in a gas heating boiler, if its wear amount is close to 30% of the wall thickness, it must be replaced. There are also superheater , reheater , water-cooled wall pipes, etc., which need to be replaced when the wear reaches 25% of the wall thickness.
It can be replaced with damaged parts in the gas heating boiler in time. The main purpose is to prevent them from causing the heating effect of the overall boiler and ensure that you can still have a good working condition.
