(One) A misunderstanding, the direction of efforts of the emperors of the three generations
ministers only care about the momentum, one can cry for one, two can cry for two, and six can breath for a long time.
The beginning of this sutra is like this, three sentences of distress that are so heartbroken, crying, and having a long breath!
It seems that he is facing the end of a chaotic world where the building is about to collapse and the people live in poverty.
and other ministers at the same time did not think so. They had just pacified the Lu Group and supported Renhe's new emperor Liu Heng , and took " Huang Lao Tao " to rest and recuperate. The once nervous body and spirit were relieved - the years were quiet!
So what's crazy about Jia Yi?
In "Public Security Policy", three things are generally said.
The princes sit big, strong branches and weak trunk .
Huns threatened, the border was restless.
The system is vast and the world is declining.
Qin Shihuang destroyed the six kingdoms and established the county system , completing feudal unification, but the wheel of history rolled to Han Dynasty but regressed: the political form in the early Han Dynasty was parallel to counties and states, with both counties under the jurisdiction of the central government and feudal states controlled by princes and kings.
The princes each have strong troops and heavy weapons, have an official system similar to the Han court, and have rich wealth from fiefs.
In a word, the princes have the capital to confront the central government. Once connected, the relative weakness of the central government will disappear.
When Emperor Gaozu of Han , there were Han Xin , Ting Bu Peng Yue and other rebellions, and when Emperor Wen , there were traitors from King Li of Huainan and King of Jibei Liu Xingju .
, there are still kings and princes emerging and usurping their ruthlessness, and they continue to follow.
In the northern border, the Huns invaded them all year round. The Han family sent one royal family woman after another in vain, and transported a lot of money, but it still could not ensure the safety of the border areas.
In the early Han Dynasty, the rule of inaction and free development was implemented. Although the pressure on the people was reduced and production was restored to a certain extent, it also caused two consequences. One was that the powerful landlords tried their best to annex the land, and the number of refugees increased; the other was that the people lacked unified ideas and thoughts and did their own things; morality was absent, and they indulged in desires and social atmosphere was corrupt. These two points are not conducive to the formation of a stable situation and the strengthening of centralization.
In Jia Yi's eyes, the first thirty years of the Han Dynasty seemed to be governed but chaotic, and the peace but danger. He pointed out that in order to achieve true long-term stability, we must build princes without any effort, assimilate and split the Hun nobles, establish the classics, understand etiquette and morality, establish social order, and build unified values.
His three suggestions took the three dynasties of Chinese, Hanjing, Hanwu to be implemented successfully.
In 164 BC, Emperor Wen of Han died by King Wen of Qi, Liu Ze, and had no descendants. He scored six points in the state of Qi, and then three points in the state of Huainan.
In 154 BC, Emperor Jing sent 3 Zhou Yafu to pacify the rebellion of the seven kingdoms of Wu and Chu, and strive to reduce the vassals.
In 134 BC, Emperor Wu dismissed all schools of thought, and respected Confucianism .
In 127 BC, Emperor Wu issued the " Enmity Order ", completely implementing Jia Yi's "building all princes less and less" and eliminating the threat of the princes.
127 BC - 119 BC, Wei Qing , Huo Qubing and others attacked the Huns several times, and the Huns moved far to the north of Mobei. It is only now that the dignity of the country has been established.
(II) Who is Jia Yi?
Jia Yi, from Luoyang, was born in 200 BC and died in 168 BC.
When he was eighteen years old, he was famous for his good writings in the local area. He was summoned by the Henan County Governor Wu Gong . With his assistance, Henan was the best in the world.
When he was twenty-one years old, under the recommendation of Mr. Wu, Jia Yi was entrusted as a doctorate by Emperor Wen of Han and was the youngest in the doctoral team.
Soon after, Jia Yi submitted a memorial to request "correction, change the formalities, change the clothes, law and system, and promote rituals and music."
Mi LegsLiu Bang has no culture. After the establishment of the Han Dynasty, all the laws, official systems, and program norms followed the Qin system. Qin said that it deserves the water virtue and is black, and Han continued to be called the water virtue and is black.
Jia Yi said that the Han Dynasty is worthy of local virtue, and yellow is the color of the Han Dynasty.
The law and calendar of the Han Dynasty was presumed by Jia Yi’s teacher Zhang Cang . Jia Yi publicly sang opposite to the teacher because he understood that it is not important to establish the rationality and justice of the Han Dynasty’s rule at the level of etiquette, and establish the belief that the Han Dynasty is “who is destined to be” in the hearts of the people. This is what is important.
Because, both inside and outside of the Han Dynasty, there were split forces, ambitions of peeping, and restless souls.
Jia Yi has always been a high-level position, setting things right and breaking the mountains and seas.
He is the most precious gift given to the Han Dynasty by God.
He went to " on the accumulation of storage and silence of ", and suggested storing grain. After resting and recuperation in the Wenjing Dynasty, "the capital was huge, and it was rotten but could not be sanitized; the grain in Taicang was in harmony with each other", laying a solid foundation for expelling the Huns.
He opposed allowing the people to mint coins, and finally Emperor Wu of Han issued an order to mint coins in counties and states, and took the right to mint coins to the central government.
He proposed the "three tables" and "five erbs" techniques in response to the harassment of the Huns. This method even used Emperor Wen of Sui .
It was the steadfast implementation of the basic national policies formulated by the three generations of emperors that allowed the Han Dynasty to be freed from internal and external troubles, and that Chen Tang had the confidence and confidence to send the strongest voice of history on behalf of the Chinese nation: "Those who offend me and strong Han will be punished even if they are far away!"
(III) How should we treat Jia Yi today?
Without Jia Yi, it is hard to say whether the Han Dynasty's reign could last for four hundred years. It is hard to say whether future generations will choose the word "Han" as the glorious inheritance of the ethnic group.
Jia Yi lived only thirty-three years old, but his brilliant brilliance shone from the Han Dynasty to the Tang, Ming and Qing dynasties, and until Juxiang Bookstore.
Because of him, the idiom "Luoyang Talented Man" was born. Pan Yue said that the heroic spirit of Shandong was finally born, and the talented man in Luoyang was born. The Tang people regarded "Luoyang Talent" as their ultimate praise for a person:
The talented man in Luoyang was a friend of his friends, and after his separation, he accumulated thoughts and thoughts,
The scholar Zou Luke, a talented man from Luoyang.
How many talented people in Luoyang can be? Guizhi will be yours next year.
Luoyang was originally a talented man, but now there is a straightforward voice in the country.
Wang Wei, Meng Haoran, Li Bai, Cen Shen, Liu Yuxi , Lu Yuxi , Lu Zhi, Lu Mengzheng , Ming Dynasty , Li Zhi , qing Yu Mei , all of them were heartbroken by Jia Yi. of the Han Dynasty even bluntly stated that Jia Yi "understands the national system, even though he was ancient, he could not go far away."
Sima Qian Written by "Records of the Grand Historian", which was also a biography of Qu and Jia.
We have Dragon Boat Festival today, Dragon Boat Zongzi commemorating Qu Yuan , but how many people still know Jia Yi?

In the events of the Han Dynasty that changed stars, changed colors, and shook ancient and modern times, Jia Yi was not the protagonist, although he planned the route for the Han ; and his great literary masterpieces that were erratic, pointed at the current problems, and were broad and unrestrained, were not something that could be understood by the thin young people.
Jia Yi was neglected by unprecedented times.
I once thought that in the primary education stage, there were more poems and essays involving Jia Yi, so that he would always live in the cultural memory of later generations, which was a tribute to genius. But even Li Shangyin, who wrote "poor night seat in front of him" was regarded as a "unpopular poet", today, how many people would love a poem and understand a person because of a poem?
Two thousand and two hundred years ago, Jiang Guan didn’t know that talented people were noble. After more than two thousand years, we are still young people from Luoyang.
This is the tragedy of a national culture.
