The rapid decision-making of the "three-line construction" has wide mobilization, large scale and long time. It can be regarded as the most important strategic deployment in the history of industrial construction in New China. It was not until the beginning of this century that third-tier enterprises gradually withdrew from the stage of history and disappeared that the "skylight" was gradually unveiled.
At that time, the construction of the third line required "backing, scattered, hidden" (referred to as mountain, scattered, and cave). After multiple inspections and location selection, we finally chose to build a modern large-scale third-tier military enterprise-Shaanxi Calender Equipment Factory in Fuping County, Fuping County.
11 In December 1966, Shaanxi Pressure Factory was prepared for construction, jointly established by Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory , Deyang China Second Heavy Machinery Factory and Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory. After receiving the task, Factory No. 3 immediately organized key personnel to rush to Shaanxi. The outstanding young people walked into the mountains without hesitation, silently and worked hard, and made great contributions to the cause of national defense in the third-tier line.
zhuangli is a thousand-year-old ancient town. The one-kilometer-long street divides the ancient town into the north and south sides. In order to keep confidential and facilitate management, Shaanxi Electric Factory only calls the mailing address, namely the Fuping No. 5 mailbox, so Shaanxi Electric workers are also called "No. 5". After eight years of construction, Shaanxi Electric Factory was completed and put into production, and quickly became a large-scale mechanical processing backbone enterprise.
Factory office building and production workshop are built on the north side of Zhuangli Town. Baijiagou has built some bungalows and simple two-story buildings as dormitory buildings. Department stores, vegetable stations, banks and children's schools have been built in Baijiagou. There are grain and oil stations, post offices, coal yards, and Shaanxi Pressure Staff Hospital.
During its heyday, there were four or five thousand employees of Shaanxi factory. Although they were located in a village, their prosperity was no less than that of the county town at that time. Early in the morning, the tweeters played news and entertainment programs. They just listened to the factory tweeters arranged their day of daily life, work and rest. Ordinary people grow some side dishes in their own fields, take them to the factory for sale, and exchange them for some pocket money. The factory has also installed TV towers one after another, built lighting stadiums, workers' cultural rooms, and other a number of cultural and sports venues and cultural and sports equipment to enrich the employees' amateur cultural life.
In Yicheng Village, half of the city Shaanxi Pressure, today's Shaanxi Pressure Factory is also developing rapidly, with more advanced equipment and higher-tech products. The old factory workshop built forty or fifty years ago has also shown a bit of mottled color. The slogans on the wall have been exposed to wind, sun and rain, and the handwriting is still neat and clear, which often reminds future generations of coming and going.
