Yang Xiong is the son of Yang Shao, the founding hero of the Northern Zhou .
supports Yang Jian to change dynasty and establish Sui Dynasty .
During the reign of Emperor Wen of the Sui Dynasty, he was granted the title of King of Guangping County, King of Qingzhang County, and King of Ande County.
Emperor Yang of Sui Yang Guang was granted the title of King Guan.
Yang Xiong's father Yang Shao was the governor of the eight prefectures of the Northern Zhou Dynasty and the Duke of Tangcheng County. He was once given the surname Chi Lu Yin. The mother Lan Shengman was the concubine of Guangping Kingdom.
Yang Xiong, whose real name is Yang Hui, his courtesy name is Weihui.
Yang Xiong was born in 540 and is from Huayin. He is the nephew of the Yang Jian clan of Emperor Wen of Sui. During the Northern Zhou Dynasty, Yang Xiong once "saved Yang Jian's life".
"Sui Book ": Guande Wang Xiong, whose first name was Hui, was a son of the Gaozu clan. His father Shao served in Zhou Dynasty and served as the governor of eight prefectures and the Duke of Tangcheng County. He was given the surname Chi Lu Yin.
Yang Xiong’s parents were both handsome and beautiful, so he naturally inherited their genes and was also very beautiful. When he grew up, he became the Prince ( Yuwen Yong ) in the Northern Zhou Dynasty, and was the Ministry of the Si Lun.

In the first year of Jiande (572), Yang Xiong's father passed away and Ding You was mourning.
574, Yuwen Yong's younger brother Yuwen Zhi took advantage of Yuwen Yong's patrol to visit Yunyang Palace , and launched a rebellion in Chang'an and attacked Suzhang Gate. He was defeated by Yang Xiong's army. After the rebellion was put down, when the rebellion was evaluated, Yang Xiong was promoted to Shangyitong for his merits and was awarded the title of Qingshui County son, with a fief of 1,000 households.
Yang Xiong was promoted to the Duke of Wuyang County in 578 after Emperor Xuan of Northern Zhou Dynasty. In 579, Yang Xiong was granted the title of Duke of Han, with a fief of 5,000 households.
In two years, Yang Xiong's title was the Duke of the People's Republic of China; in 579, a very interesting event occurred in history. In order to enjoy the throne, Emperor Xuan of Northern Zhou, Yuwen Yun, passed the throne to his eldest son, Yuwen Chan, and became the Supreme Emperor himself.
, and Yuwen Yun also married Yang Jian's daughter Yang Lihua (Queen). Unfortunately, Yuwen Yun's body was quickly hollowed out and he died in 580.
Yang Xiong's clan uncle (nephew) Yang Jian served as prime minister. At that time, Yang Xiong was under the command of Yuwen Xian. He knew about Yuwen Xianyan's rebellion and secretly notified Yang Jian. Yang Xiong saved Yang Jian's life. After Yuwen Xian was killed, Yang Xiong was appointed as the Minister of Zhuguo and the Minister of Yongzhou for his merits. At this time, Yang Jian had already had the idea of replacing the Northern Zhou Dynasty.
After the death of Emperor Xuan of Northern Zhou, Yang Jian, in order to prevent the princes from launching a rebellion, sent Yang Xiong to escort Emperor Xuan of Northern Zhou to be buried and guard the capital himself. All of the above happened in the same year (580).
Yang Xiong was promoted to the throne alone, and the chickens and dogs were promoted to heaven. He was crowned king in the Sui Dynasty
Yang Xiong supported Yang Jian ascended the throne and established the Sui Dynasty. In 581, Yang Xiong was appointed as the General of the Left Guard and also served as Zong Zhengqing; he was soon promoted to the General of the Right Guard and could participate in government affairs.
In May of the same year, Yang Xiong became a royal family member because he was Yang Jian's nephew and was named King of Guangping by Yang Jian. This is to be the only one who has attained power and the chickens and dogs have ascended to heaven. Yang Jian also named one of Yang Xiong's sons as Duke of Han, but there was a small problem. Yang Xiong did not let his son achieve the title, but asked to give the title to his younger brother Yang Shigui. Yang Jian agreed to the matter and also named Yang Xiong's mother Lan Shengman the Concubine Guangping.
at that time Gao Yang was reported to him that he had formed a clique. Yang Jian asked Yang Xiong if there was any such incident. Yang Xiong replied, "I often accompany the emperor. If he really had a clique, how could I not know? I hope the emperor will observe clearly." Yang Xiong saved Gao Yang's life, but unfortunately, during the reign of Emperor Yang Guang of Sui, Gao Yang was still killed by Yang Guang.
Since ancient times, ministers who hold military power and those with high prestige of respect and noble people have been taboo by the emperor, and Yang Xiong is no exception.
Yang Xiong's behavior is very tolerant and respectful to the virtuous and humble. So he was very prestigious and was held a grudge by Yang Jian in private because Yang Jian seized the throne of the Northern Zhou Dynasty in this way, and he was very sensitive to such things.
In the ninth year of Kaihuang (589), Yang Jian used open promotion and secret surrender to appoint Yang Xiong as Sikong. This was a promotion on the surface, but in fact he had no military power and no actual position. Yang Xiong was not stupid. He knew that he had been suppressed by the Yang family, so he had no choice but to thank the guests in the closed door and stop interacting with others. Ten years later, in the 19th year of Kaihuang, Yang Jian changed Yang Xiong to King Zhang of Qing. How many decades can you have in your life? Yang Xiong has been silent for ten years. It can be imagined that Yang Xiong was also very frustrated. He was suspicious of Yang Jian for no reason and was suspected of "killing the donkey without a grinding"!

"Book of Sui·Volume 43·Biography 8": Renshou At the beginning, Emperor Gaozu said, "The name of Qingzhang has not been accepted for reputation." He ordered his post to enter the map, and pointed to Ande County to show his ministers, "This title is enough to be a name for virtue." So he changed his title to King Ande.
There were less than two years, in 601, Yang Jian had something wrong again. Yang Jian believed that the name of King De of Qingzhang was inconsistent with Yang Xiong, so he pointed to an area on the map and told the minister that this was in line with Yang Xiong's name. So he was renamed King Ande.
Yang Xiong was revived during the reign of Emperor Yang of Sui and was still suspicious
After Yang Guang ascended the throne, in the first year of Daye (605), Yang Xiong was appointed as the crown prince's tutor to teach the crown prince Yang Zhao . Unfortunately, Prince Yang Zhao died young in 606!
It is estimated that Yang Guang also had the intention to vent his anger for his son and released Yang Xiong as the inspector of Zhengzhou. More than a year later, he was changed to Huaizhou , and soon he changed to Jingzhao Yin . Yang Xiong was 68 years old at this time, and Yang Guang was still trying to make trouble for Yang Xiong!
609, Yang Guang personally conquered Tuyuhun , and asked Yang Xiong to take charge of the army and horses from all over the river. Murong Fuyun was defeated. The Sui Dynasty set up four counties: Xihai, Heyuan, Shanshan and Qiemo.
After Yang Xiong returned to the capital in 610, he was renamed King Guan by Yang Guang. Yang Xiong was determined to improperly and said a lot of reasons for not accepting it. Anyway, he was just unwilling to do so. Yang Guang issued an edict to refuse to resign from the king's title.
Yang Xiong finally died on the way to the Eastern Expedition to Goryeo. In 612, Yang Guang appointed Yang Xiong as the general of the Zuo Yiwei as the procuratorate. When the troops were stationed in Luhe Town, Yang Xiong suddenly fell ill and died at the age of 73. He was given the posthumous title "De".

Yang Xiong was rich and honored because of Yang Jian, so he was also suspicious of Yang Jian. This is the tragedy of the royal family. But Yang Xiong is very conscious of the current affairs. Since he is suspicious, he will thank the guests in the back for more than ten years. Although he was appointed by Yang Guang, he still had no power. He worked hard in the Sui Dynasty until his death. He died on the front line. He was not suspicious only after he died. He was posthumously named "De". Yang Guang finally admitted his talent and character, and it was too late! Yang Jian and his son are the mentality of "there are always unruly people who want to harm me"!
Wei Zheng "Book of Sui": "Beautiful and elegant, elegant, and beautiful."
Yang Xiong's first princess Changsun Shuxin, the granddaughter of Shangdang King Changsun Zhi, and the daughter of Changsun Jingluo.
succeeded as the princess Wang Yuanhua, and was born in Taiyuan Wang family , grandfather Wang Ling, and his father Wang Huan was the governor of Anzhou.
